Catfish price?

It stated online. I found a bike I wanted to purchase, but when going to pay with ideal, a prompt said that i can just walk into any store that has the bike I inventory and purchase it. So I did just that. Walked in earlier today, around 1220 in the afternoon and was greeted with an arrogant employee who said that I have to everything online and wasn't helpful at all. I asked what bikes did he have in stock and ready to drive and he responded with all are around €1100 to €1700 and walked away. I purchased a bike for €1208.95. Was it the bike I wanted? No. But it should have been clear on the website what is or isn't available. It's a great bike but the customer service was 0/0.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, that that doesn't care about the customers at all. I am struggling for several months to get a single reply on my mails. My scooter is broken at their shop,I need to pay insurance still, and they can't fix it. And nobody is offering a solution. THE VEHICLE IS STILL UNDER WARANTY

Shit shop. On a site there is standing then Bike is able in a store, for a pay they exzacly know where to send email to ask you for money but to give you information what's wrong with a delivery no for what.No answer on WhatsApp, no answer by phone well thems Service is always closed when u call. And visit by shop... No any hello good afternoon or whatever. From site to side worker I shop told me then I have to wait 3 or 4 weeks... Is that so hard to informate clients abut When order is reddy to pickup? Shit service.

Disaster, cheating,fishing,scamming

Disaster. 3 times they cheated me with a price. I paid 745 euro and always they call me that they don t have the bike in stock anymore and i have to buy the expensive one. Now i didn t received any bike and it s almost 20 working days from the moment i paid for the bike. They are not answering the phone and the emails, soon i will go to police and to the court because they stole my money. They promised delivery time from 3 untill 10 days and it s 20 days and they cannot answer 1 email.

On Wednesday, 14 May 2025, I ordered a fat bike (S20 Pro Anthracite Grey Special Edition) for €1,145 from La Sourir Groningen.On 13 June 2025, one month later, I was persuaded to accept a showroom model because the bike I had originally ordered was still unavailable.On Monday, 11 August 2025, the bike broke down after only 126 km. It began making a loud, unusual noise similar to that of a motorcycle.On Tuesday, 12 August 2025, I brought the bike to La Sourir Groningen but was told to schedule an appointment online or by phone.An appointment was set for Monday, 8 September 2025, three weeks later. During that visit, the staff were unable to identify the source of the noise. I was advised to continue using the bike and to call if the noise persisted.A follow-up appointment took place on Friday, 3 October 2025. I was then informed that the problem was with the gear set (tandwielenset). It needed to be replaced and had to be ordered.Another appointment was arranged for Wednesday, 5 November 2025, but it did not go ahead because the mechanic was reportedly ill.A new appointment was scheduled for Friday, 12 December 2025. This appointment also did not proceed because the gear set had not yet been delivered.On Thursday, 22 January 2026, I was informed that the gear set had arrived and that I should bring the bike for repair. The bike remains at La Sourir's possession and I have received no further updates.Almost five months have passed since my initial complaint on 11 August 2025, yet my bike has still not been fixed.

Avoid this company

Company lied and said the bike I wanted would take a long time to arrive so I should upgrade. Did as they recommended then the bike took 8 weeks to arrive in store. No information during that time, no reply to messages. Took my money and ignored me. Customer service is zero. Also lots of info online about the owner. Do not recommend this company.
