Bike on website cost 750.After buyed i get call about brakes . This which is in offer are not available anymore.This different brakes cost me + 250 cause are better and yee is true. But too this day this bike stil on website for 750.Delivery 2-10 days.I even dont get bike cause they cancel order after 17 days.Maybe internal problem. Too much orders, less workers idk but 0 explanation why like this.I ordered in NL.
Absolute worst after sale service. You raise a ticket for repair request. They won’t call you back. You try to call it goes to central office they cannot transfer to Eindhoven branch. After sale service is disaster dont buy from here. Even if 300 mover buy from others. You will thank me later, absolute garbage service.
For Jordy, from the La Souris store in Antwerp, I can say that he is a professional. Very kind to customers and he certainly knows how to find beneficial solutions to make customers happy. For Jordy's other colleague, I can't write anything good because he doesn't know how to talk to customers kindly. My experience with this guy: I asked a question about the delivery time of the scooter... His answer: "It's not my problem anymore, talk to the company in Holland." After that he asks me "-Actually, why are you here in the store?" Unbelievable, I turned my back and left.
