SCAM ALERTDon't purchase from this website. They will automatically engage you in a monthly membership which costs $29.99 - if you call their customer service number to cancel no one picks up. If you e-mail - no one responds. I had to cancel my debit card - get a new card- and will have to dispute the charge once it posts. None of this was worth it for a dress I still haven't received 3 weeks later. // EDITED TO ADD: I got the dress I originally ordered - it looks nothing like pictured on their website/it doesn't match their description. I ended up contacting the FTC and FBI to file a complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS
If I could give zero I would. I ordered a dress for an event a month in advance to give myself plenty of time and it never came. They also charged me an extra £23 for “premier membership” that I wasn’t aware I had to pay for when buying the dress. This sneaky came out of my bank separately two weeks later. The dress never arrived (I still don’t have it) and I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one. So I am £45 down, no dress, the event has gone anyway, and they are refusing to give me my dress back. Please avoid at all costs!!!
I ordered 2 dresses in December and have emailed at least 20 times with the same responses of, our team is working hard to ship your order and there is a delay is shipping. The tracking number does not exist. Now since Monday this week 2nd June I've emailed 4 times and now I'm getting a POSTMASTER reply. All my emails are being rejected. I spent alot of money on these dresses. I've missed 2 wedding, 1 birthday, 1 engagement and 1 baby shower where I would have liked to have worn these dresses. I'm so mad. Worst ever, and I mean worst ever service. Total scam. My question is who and how can I report these people. Even a refund at this point would be appreciated. Someone help please.
I am absolutely furious with Lavish Ivy. They charged my card without any authorization, and when I reached out to confront them, they acted like they had no record of me at all. This is outright theft and fraud!They stole money from my account, and their customer service is useless — no help, no accountability, just runaround excuses. I’ve spoken to my bank, and it’s clear they have my card details and used them illegally.If you value your money and peace of mind, stay FAR AWAY from this company. They are criminals who will take your money and refuse to refund it. I am taking legal action and reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Lavish Ivy, you’ve been warned!

If you want a dress go to HOUSE OF CB official website dresses are significantly more expensive but the quality is as described no lies unlike these absolute crackpots they should be in prison for the amount of lies false advertising and theft.
