They are scammers! I just got charged for a VIP membership I never signed up for. No where at checkout did I agree to be a part of their membership plan and my receipt only has the item I paid for listed with the correct charge. They are total scammers, and all of these five star reviews are probably paid bots or fake profiles used to raise their ratings. Please DO NOT BUY. I still have not received my item and I bought it over three weeks ago.
Bought my daughter a dress that took forever and the quality was terrible. We kept the dress and are now getting charged 29.99/mo! I’ve looked into it and spiardjtkybtgey charge you a monthly fee of 29.99 if you buy something from them. How is this legal???
Ordered 8 dresses Dec 17. One package arrived end of December, the other which had my “NYE” dress didn’t arrive until Jan 10. Customer service does not respond to emails. Also, they decided to charge my card in the middle of the night about a week after my initial purchase for random 29.99 charge. Item quality is extremely subpar, 2/8 dresses don’t even look remotely similar. 2 are salvageable but will need alterations. Material is cheap, cuts are bad, would not buy again.
Listen to everyone else. It's a total scam. Bought a dress for my wife, it's arrived looking like it was made by someone who'd loosely glanced at the picture of the dress they where supposed to make. It's useless crap, straight on the bin. If you're like me and ended up here after having money taken from your account. Do not bother trying to contact the company, it's a waste of time, go straight to your bank to resolve.
They sneak you onto VIP which charges like $40/mo Canadian onto your card!!! If you call you can cancel it but I ended up catching it two months later…. I paid that damn company $100+ for a $20 dress I ordered in Dec and by March 15 had NEVER RECIEVED.Honestly it’s a scam. RUNN
I sent them my request for a description via email one week ago, and I still haven’t received the refund or the QR code to return the clothes. Apparently I signed up for some VIP membership which I didn’t and they proceeded to charge me £30, I managed to cancel it however this happened around 2024 December and once I cancelled it I didn’t have anyother payments coming out, until today I had a notification saying lavish ivy £23 IM FUMING and this is such a scam going to the bank to block the transactions tomorrow
