Absolute scam. I bought 2 dresses during their 'sale' in December. I have NEVER received the dresses. And they took two payments for their 'membership' on top of that. I sent emails to them which basically were met with canned responses and no refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Lavish Ivy is really doing a very great and appreciable job. I came to know about Lavish Ivy from a friend. Now I’m in love with all the dresses I received! Mini dresses are my fave by far out of anywhere you can buy them. Cute, comfy, flattering and not too short!! Obsessed and receiving so so many compliments when I wear them!!! Will be buying a whole new wardrobe full of Lavish Ivy that’s for sure!!!
So, I bought a dress for my girlfriend early Decmeber 10th. When it finally arrived, I received an extra charge on my card for $29.99. I called & asked why I was charged an extra $30 & they responded that it was a V.I.P. subscription. I told them, I never agreed to a subscription & would like my money reimbursed. They refused & I was forced to call my bank to report the charge. Then, when my girlfriend tried on the dress, it did not fit her well so I called to return it. They refused again & offered 30% of what paid in return which was like $6. The dress initially cost $31.98. I again had to call the bank & explain what happened to get back my funds. I broke my own rule. Never buy from these small crappy online stores. But from eBay or Amazon where your money is guaranteed...
Bought this dress for Christmas took a month to get I had to take it back because it did not fit me. It cost me $12 at the post office to take it back. They do not do refunds apparently when I reached out to them and then on top of it, they took $30 out of my account in January. Told me I’m a VIP member no I’m not all I do is buy a dress and I do not recommend this place to anyone they are scam and if your clothes don’t fit you, you cannot take back you cannot return I give this place a F not recommend them to anyone. There’s better places to buy clothes at buyer. Beware if I could give them no stars I would they don’t deserve anything very unsatisfied very unhappy do not recommend.
Received an item that looked completely different. Was not allowed to return it. On top of this the company stole money from my account by 'signing me up to their VIP membership' without my consent. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back and has been difficult so now involving the bank. awful awful company and very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Yes, I got the dress. It was in good quality but it took forever to arrive. Luckily I ordered it early. When I ordered the dress a size too big and contacted them for maybe a replacement. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Now I look at my card that bought it and they keep trying to charge me more and I haven't bought anything else from them it's crazy. Also they are always on "sale" don't be fooled by prices.
