This company is a scam. I asked to cancel my order and the process was very difficult they sent me about 20 emails before finally agreeing to refund me. After that they then took money from my account again and are now trying to send me the item again, despite me making it very clear that I want nothing to do with them or their items. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
The dress is poor quality, a different colour and is not like the dress advertised on the website. They signed me up for a VIP membership which I did not want but they are not providing a refund for.Overall a huge waste of money and I don’t even have a nice dress that has made all this money worth it! Not a happy customer.

Turns out, Lavish Ivy fraudulently enrolled me in their "membership" for $29.99 USD per month without any clear disclosure during checkout. I don’t know a single reputable clothing brand that charges unsuspecting customers for a membership they never signed up for!I had to go through the hassle of canceling and disputing the charges. If you’re considering buying from Lavish Ivy – DON’T DO IT! It’s not worth the stress, the poor quality, or the shady business practices. Save your money and buy from a legitimate store. This company is a total scam! 🚫❌
This company is such a scam. I got an XS dress instead of XL. They said they would send a replacement but it’s been almost six months and still nothing. They also sneakily sign you up for a monthly membership for $29.99. I didn’t notice it right away and ended up wasting $90 on them. It’s a shame they can’t get their act together because the dress looked beautiful.
