Do not waste your money. Order took way too long to come and I had to go to the warehouse to pick it up because they didn’t deliver it. They were charging me monthly which I did not consent to. I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one to put a stop to it. The quality of the item I bought wasn’t great and looked cheap, was bigger than the size I ordered so had to alter it myself. Colour ran through the wash and ruined my clothes even on a cold wash. Just overall a horrible experience.
I finally received the dresses after nearly a month of waiting ( because that company can’t even use the money they steal from you to pay for decent shipping) one of the dress looks like a night gown, I would never wear this out of the house, the other one doesn’t fit properly and the material is bad .Please stick to known , verified websites to buy your clothes or check the reviews before buying. I waisted my money and I wouldn’t even ask for a refund because I know I would never get my money back.
Misleading and inaccurate information…never ordering from here again. I received an email stating my items were shipped and when I tracked my order it gave me no details regarding my order status a week passed and still no updates or nothing when I followed up they said it hasn’t even shipped yet and to give them another 5 to 8 days and then 7 to 10 more days. It was terrible service. They have false promises on a speedy delivery which is inaccurate and misleading information and should not promote something that isn’t true.
If I could make it 0 I would!! Complete utter scam! Waited 3 weeks still no dresses and two weeks later charged me £30 extra ?!?! When I asked they said for a VIP access that I never authorised and refused to give back or a refund for the dresses I still haven’t got! DONT BUY FROM THEM FAKE ACCOUNT
I only gave them star because I had to, would do a minus. i order a dress end of November, never recd an order confirmation, Was checking my bank statement and like everyone else was charged for a VIP membership. I reached out to their customer service and guess what, they couldn't find my order. I send them a copy of the two charges, can't find!! SCAM
