If I could give zero stars I would! They STOLE $150 from my neice who ordered her bday dress Dec 2024 no dress and multiple unauthorized transactions from Dec 2024 til just recently Oct 2025! They are lowlife scammers and should be charged with THEFT! currently she is disputing the charges with her bank, hoping it will all be resolved soon! stay away from these criminals!
This website is a complete scam. The items are nothing like the ones pictured online at all. It is worse than purchasing from a random Alibaba listing. The dresses look like a they could be sold at a dollar store. It’s quality is awful and in making any purchase the “terms and conditions” require you to subscribe to membership that is hidden and you will be charged monthly until you request cancellation. Do not make any purchases from here
The dress I ordered was of worse quality than a halloween costume. You could hardly even call it an attempt at copying House of CB. Complete plastic, see-through. They discreetly charge you $30 a month after your purchase. I only caught this after already being charged twice. BEWARE
I bought a dress during this year's Black Friday sale, through an Instagram ad. It was like $23, discounted from over $100. The dress arrived, and it was NOT a $100 quality dress, the fabric is almost see-through and the fit is ugly. A few weeks after my order was placed, I received ANOTHER charge on my card for $29.99. I did not know why, so I did some research and apparently it's a "membership fee" you pay to get the dress at the discounted price. This is hidden in their terms of service, and was NOT clearly stated on the website at any time during my purchase. I have contacted them about a refund, but I am not hopeful based on other reviews I have seen. It seems like they lure people in with these false "sales", ship terrible quality dresses, and keep charging your credit card this bs membership fee. Also a side note, many of their products are stolen from House of CB, including the product photos. The item that actually arrives will not be good quality.
Obviously I can only base my review off of my experience.Prices were decent, order took 3 weeks to arrive (tracking showed it come from China)Dress looked 'almost' identical to in the promo images, sizing was pretty accurate, quality was ok but not amazing, bit of a mess up with the adjustable straps but pretty sure that we can fix it with a bit of unstitching and restitching - if this works, won't need to worry about contacting their support as that's where it looks like they fail after reading other reviews.Wouldn't order from there again, but wasn't as bad as some other people's experience from the looks of things.
Disappointed and robbed. I ordered a dress for an event on Nov 16th and today (Dec 1st) I was updated that the order was made and that additional money was taken from my account. i ordered two dresses because I wanted to ensure that I had the right size, but now I feel as if I've been robbed and that my dresses aren't actually coming. Disappointment is an understatement. Please stay away from this company if you actually want your products and you value your $.
Wish I had checked reviews before ordering as they have taken money out of my account like other reviewers have said without my knowledge apparently for VIP membership which I didn’t agree to. Dress arrived weeks after ordering but isn’t the same as photo so beware ordering from this company.
