LELO has been a great website and application for toy advice and trying to find the right fit for me and my husband. What sold me on using this company than cheaper products found in competitive websites and specialty stores is the 1& 10 year warranties. Additionally, when I was having complications with my purchase and its Bluetooth connection, contacting customer support was relatively easy. They were able to resolve the issue within a day and a half and I can say I’m more than pleased with the result ;).
Bought an enigma. What an over hyped disappointment. My wife started laughing and threw it across the room and said that is not a sex toy. It’s a scam. She loved the rabbit but I think they’ve run out of ideas. Customer support is just as useless. We’ve had your money and it’s none refundable. I’m in the wrong business.
Super disappointed in this product :/ I’ve supported Lelo before and recommended many friends to purchase, because I’ve never had any problems. But I just purchased the lelo and have had hardly any use before it completely stopped working when I went to use it. I’ve heard that these can last up to two years so to only get a couple of uses out of a horrendously expensive product is super disappointing, especially when I’ve tried to be such a loyal customer
Give Nina a Raise! — Excellent Customer Service.I heard good things about Lelo before and wanted to purchase as a Valentine's day gift.The parcel did not arrive in time and despite my despair, Nina in Customer Care was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.Please give this woman a raise and/or a break! She deserves it. I'm not big on writing reviews. The only reason I am even writing this review because of how kind, patient, and attentive she was throughout.
Please do not purchase from these scammers as that is what they are; Scammers. The item they sent my partner was broken and therefore could not use it whatsoever. My partner contacted them the day it arrived to tell them it arrived broken but they absolutely refuse to refund despite it being a legal requirement under the distance selling act. They send you broken items and run off with your money, they are thieves and scam artists. We now are putting a claim in with the bank as they will not get away with it.Have also contacted trading standards. Edit: in response to your comments below. Ny husband has been speaking to you for a week already and you are still refusing to refund. We have sent all the screenshot and information to trading standards and the point of purchase. You will not get away with this
Do not buy from this company! I bought my wife a one of these products as a gift, and once I received the item opened it to find the item was broken! I contacted them the very next day and was told there is nothing they can do as I opened it (how are we supposed to know an item is broken without opening the pack) I went back and forth with them for days even opened a case with Klarna and they are still refusing to give me a refund on the item that they sent to me broken. I now have to pay full price for an item that is not working and will have to just be chucked away. Stay away from this company.
