Purchased the Sona cruise 2 and it was a terrible experience for me. Downright painful and bruising. They would not let me publish a negative review. That’s even more disappointing. Looking on Reddit, I saw several negative reviews of this product causing injury and pain but on their site it’s mostly glowing reviews. I wanted to warn others of how skewed they are making their reviews. Not to be trusted. I was fooled by their high-end marketing.
Considering the cost and media reviews of this brand - you expect 100% results. I got the Sona Cruise 2 and Gigi 2. Neither have hit the top spot despite many attempts at trying.On the plus side the feeling of them is luxurious and the Gigi is lovely to insert. It does feel like a massage, but that is it. No thrusting or stimulating.Of course EVERY woman is DIFFERENT, we are not men who tend to all be alike! So some women may achieve orgasm with their products but it was a no no for me which is disappointing considering the price.
I have two Lelo products, Sona Cruise and Sona 2 Cruise, and have really enjoyed them. Although I feel like the Sona 2 is lacking a bit compared to the Sona, I've still been pleased with my purchase. Now, the Sona Cruise has been phenomenal. I've had it for about 5-6 years and it has not let me down until recently it stopped working :( but that was totally my fault. Lelo's customer service is top notch- always personable and so helpful. I can say they've definitely earned my continued business and will recommend to all my friends 👌👌
I would give -10 stars if I could! All of their products are mid and lackluster at best. If you want to spend 5 times the normal prices for pretty nightstand pieces, go ahead. I have 4 of their products and would rate them all a 1. The one product that was somewhat enjoyable had mechanical issues out of the box and the silicone material split within 6 months of use, I’ve spent another 6 months being hounded for “more videos” to honor THEIR warranty. Avoid this company like the plague if you can
After a delevery problem (order were lost in Austria), the costumer service answered quickly. When it was clear the parcel was lost, they send me another one with fast shipping. Two days later I got the product.Amazing costumer service, very responsive and efficient.Even before using their product Lelo gave me joy.The toys is also very good and bring strong sensations.
I ordered two items and neither of them were received. I even got the overnight shipping. The tracking is terrible, it shows that it was delivered to an address in a different state two years ago. This feels like a scam to me. Buyer beware.
