Review Time
During my initial consultation with Lara on February 24, 2023, I felt humiliated when she closed the blinds, put on gloves, and said, “This is the part of the consultation where you stand in front of the mirror, pull your pants down, and show me what parts of your body you don’t like.” Although I told Lara I was dissatisfied with my entire thigh, including the back, she assured me I would see improvement in the back of my thigh with Venus Legacy treatment of my inner and outer thigh. After purchasing this package, I returned February 25, 2023 for Venus Legacy treatment with Jenna at which time we discussed treatment goals. Jenna informed me I would not see change in the back of my thigh unless I added Venus Legacy of this specific area. After consulting with Lara, she was able to get me a “deal” on this additional treatment area and full leg laser hair treatment. I feel very deceived with the inconsistencies in treatment recommendations which resulted in an additional up sale after my initial purchase. The staff failed to maintain dignity, privacy, and respect during clinical care. Staff members remained in the treatment room while I was dressing and undressing. They were not careful to keep untreated parts of my body covered with a sheet. During a treatment, one of the staff members asked me, “Why are you even doing this?” When I informed Emily S. the laser temperature was too hot, she said, “I guess I can turn it down a little.” My first laser hair removal treatment was March 20, 2023 with Brianna M. She completed the treatment prior to having me sign the consent form.During most sessions, the staff’s laptop was left open on the counter displaying a multi-colored screen. On June 15, 2023, Emily S. briefly left the treatment room and her laptop was left open. It was then I realized the multi-colored screen I had seen previously was the patient schedule that contained patient names, scheduled treatments, monies owed, and scheduling notes. Personal information was unnecessarily disclosed and privacy rights were violated.
I decided not to use their services and have been calling/emailing about a refund for two weeks. They have said they are refunding it, but the credit card company says they have not requested a refund. PLEASE avoid these people. You should not have to beg for your own money back when it's owed to youEdited: After two more weeks of begging, they released my funds.
0 stars. Fake fake I was saving my money to do this “lipo laser” but there’s only three lipo and then the rest which is bliss and whatever they call it is useless and fake. Nothing is tightened and they are shameless and careless with us losing our money. They try to trick and then get you do the treat 2 complete treatment, nothing will work and no results will show I promise you this is all a scam. They took my money and they keep telling me that they will find a solution but till this day I’m still so mad and disappointed. They took 4k and 250$ this drained me a lot. Please don’t go and lose your money!! Don’t go. Cancel light rx.
Great staff, but the service is not worth it and it's a scam. I did everything that I was supposed to do, exercise, drunk lots of water and ate healthy. when I received my results was not happy at all. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Don't waste your time.
Had this treatment back in 2016. Had belly fat that just couldn’t get rid of. They had a special going on so I received eight treatments for the price of four. Still around $2000. Looked ok when done but not exactly what I expected but still decent. Was told fat would never come back in the treated area… HA!!!! What a bunch of crap. I am a runner and work my core every day. Now the only fat I have is in my belly and there’s nothing I can do to get rid of it. It’s a scam and in my opinion its not healthy. Beware!!!!!
The staff is great. The promise of results is a scam. Paid over $3000 for nothing, 3 Bliss treatments suppose to reduce 26% of fat (Nothing) 9 treatments of Venus Legacy (Nothing).These treatments are a waste of money. I did exactly what I was told to do, drink plenty water, exercise, wear supportive garment and massage belly. Would not recommend.
First off the staff there are very nice always treated me fair that is probably the only reason I have been so patient with this. I went in on a service for lipo and was told the Groupon I just paid for was not enough to see any results so I was talked into buying a lot more I followed all there suggestions and orders I did not see any results. I have asked for a refund likes promised and now they say well we can’t make that decision but when the sale the package they act like they can I still have visits left that they will Not refund me every time I call I get pushed to someone else and than that person does not know so they say they will have someone call me back ( I never receive that call) my patients is gone I will right a review everywhere until someone calls and fixes this it’s not fair that you all sale us something that does not work the only thing it did was HURT and I was never told about that until it happened I’m beyond upset I felt as though I was scammed I was sold something and promised something and you all have failed to hold up your end. I will be happy to remove all my reviews once someone fixes my problem until than I will leave a review everyday
