Cabin seems ok but overall I was disappointed with the whole process. If you want “fit and forget” this isn’t for you! Quite a lot needs to be done after installation to enable the warranty and lots of rubbish left behind after the installation for you to dispose of. I hope the unit stands the test of time to justify the outlay.
I was initially very pleased with the delivery and installation of our large 7.4 MTR shed but the door was warped when installed but I hoped it would settle. We rang the company on day 2 and the smooth salesman assured us it would straighten out. It did not. The shed instructions state it must be painted inside 7 days which we did under difficult circumstances, but we did seal the double doors with wood sealant anyway as we reasonably expected to have door replaced on what is a £10.000.00 building after all. We were appalled to discover the company was not interested in sorting the problem and hid behind the BS excuse of saying we did not paint it inside the 7 days. A very poor attitude considering it cost 10 thousand pounds. A case of ruining a ship for a hap'eth of tar I feel. The shed is good but shows low moral fibre and I would sadly not now recommend this company for its low moral compass BS and appalling lack of after care. We cannot lock the door and as it does not seal I fear winter will wreak havok on the shed and contents. The experience rather smacked of "del boy " morals. I am hoping by making people aware of the shady tactics it will cost them more than the cost of a chippy or a new door. As ye sow - so shall ye reep.Shame on you lillevilla
From ordering to being put up this has been from ordering to installation,fantastic , a real honest and professional company Lillevilla is up there with the best . I just Carnt stop looking out the window at my Lovley cabin. The fitters were brilliant and tidied up afterwards, thankyou so much Lillevilla. And the quality of wood is outstanding, anybody thinking of buying one of these cabins , go for it you will not regret it.
We are still waiting for the arrival of our Log Cabin from Lillevilla but have been assured it will be delivered at the end of this month in accordance with our agreement and erected the following day. Thus far all our communications with the company have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Very good correspondence from Lilly villa about delivering and erecting Great service from the workmen who delivered and constructed my cabin Fantastic quality I have 2 other buildings from the same company that are now 6 years old and are as good as new still. Would highly recommend
Absolutely thrilled with our cabin and very impressed with all aspects from purchase to construction. Dan, the builder arrived early, was respectful of our home, left no mess at the end of the day and made sure we were aware of our responsibilties rergarding paint treatment etc.We would highly recommend Lillevilla to anyone wishing to add a log cabin to their home.
Delivery on time and put where I asked on grass verge. Builders neat and tidy knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. Window and door frames need a tiny brush to paint around the hinges. Doors could do with a catches to stop them blowing about in the wind when open.
