Wow! Product has arrived and it’s perfect. Beautifully packaged having chosen this as an extra option. After initial issue with a product that didn’t arrive using standard postage they sent a replacement by DPD which arrived in time to gift to a friend who is going travelling. Beautiful product and great customer service.
I received outstanding service from Lisa Angel. Their products are absolutely beautiful and wonderfully quirky — you can really tell there’s care and creativity behind them.I had an issue with a faulty item, but it was handled quickly and completely hassle-free. They replaced the entire item straight away, rather than just the faulty part, which I really appreciated.Fantastic customer service and lovely products — I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!
I bought the Celestial Metal Folding Jewellery stand and the product was gorgeous, very well made. My issue was with delivery, Lisa Angel used HIVED to deliver, and the item was left in a ‘safe space’ which I did not agree with, and I did not receive any confirmation it was there so the item was left outside overnight, causing the packaging to be rained on and destroyed. Luckily the item was OK and I have told HIVED about this. They suggested to contact Lisa Angel, who was quick to respond to tell me they are looking into this. It has been nearly 2 months, no one has responded, even after I sent a follow up email.
