Communication was great, they reached out to double check my customisation for the gift wasn’t an error, and once clarified it was despatched the same day. Only down side is when it arrived it was damaged, the cards lovely but the main part was the flower and it was broken and the colour was yellow its like a dead yellow and really dry looking. Nothing like the picture.But I get that it kinda comes with the fact it’s a delicate operation to ship and stuff, they tried their best but colour wise felt awful giving it to the recipient it looked like it’s been in my wardrobe for weeks.
Lisa Angel customer service is amazing.Very speedy response.Felt as if I had stepped back in time to when customers were heard !! They even supplied another of their beautiful candles and helpfully suggested what to do so the issue didn’t happen again.Who knew wax had a memory!!!!🙂Fantastic

Wonderful company. The royal mail let us down and it looked like the package was not going to arrive for the recipients birthday but one email and a replacement was on the way. It arrived in time and was stunningly beautiful. Thankful for both the wonderful service and beautiful product.
I ordered a personalised locket with engraving and photo on the Monday and I received it by the Wednesday , unbelievably fast, I also had to email the photo I wanted to be in the locket as this their procedure which I nervous but they responded to me so quick, was easy and simple, and the locket is just beautiful.
