I wanted to order a gift for a friend, but there was an issue with the website, which made shipping to my destination impossible. The helpdesk did an incredible job to find a workaround solution, and invested a lot of time in placing the order manually. Throughout the process, they were very patient, helpful and extremely friendly.
After realising I had made a mistake on a personalised order I contacted customer service via the live chat and was connected to Sophia. She went above and beyond in sending out a replacement charm for me despite it being my error. Thank you Sophia! I will absolutely be recommending this company to friends and family.
Great products not available on larger platforms and quality service when needed. (Turns out it was my mistake but they were really nice about it).Lovely items in stock so if you want something different but really good for a present or just a gift to a loved one try here.
