I bought an item for a Christmas present and when it arrived it was damaged. I emailed with photos and got a very quick response and a new item sent out the same day which was delivered the next day! The new item was also faulty so I had to email again and they sent me another replacement! Did not have to wait as the responses were so quick. Excellent customer service and my 3rd item is perfect.
I bought a personalised necklace for my sister with my nephews names on as a present. My sister loves the necklace! The customer service has been outstanding, really quick turn around!Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something personalised.
My bracelet did break within 1-2 weeks, but I contacted them and they had very good customer service( replied very quickly) and now am getting sent a replacement. Very nice jewellery, the bracelet I bought was dainty but maybe could be stronger. Happy with my experience
Fantastic service from the start. Provided an easy website to find and personalise the perfect item for a birthday present. Unfortunately it didn’t get delivered as expected through no fault of the business and within a day of raising the query on delivery a replacement has been issued, which honestly saves the day and hassle free, couldn’t be more over the moon.
