After missing a delivery from an external courier and having it sent back. I was contacted if I would like a redelivery free of charge or a full refund. After requesting a refund (there was nothing wrong with the product, I simply didn't want it anymore) I got my money back on the same day. Simply good and fast customer service.
Customer service still exists! I had a query which was quickly explained and sorted. I was buying jewellery for a birthday present for my granddaughter. The operator Lucie noticed I had a tight deadline so adjusted my delivery to make sure my present arrived on good time. How thoughtful and caring! What initiative.
The staff at the shop I went to were alright, very in your face which was off putting. I bought a pair of £20 silver plated heart earrings and put them in that day, the next day I put them in again and they had only been in my ears for about 6 hours total, and the silver plating had already turned copper. I find this absolutely disgusting and they're marketed as a high quality jewellery brand, my £2 shein earrings last longer than these. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Omg!!!! My special delivery has just arrived for my best friends 40th birthday! It is so beautifully and carefully packed I felt the love that went into it! I am absolutely overjoyed!
