Lovely shop. Ordered from here quite a few times and always pleased with what I’ve received, exactly as shown in the pictures/ descriptions and great quality. I had an earring come bent due to shipping( not the shops fault )but they’re customer service team was amazing at helping me !
Lisa Angel and it's staff are just wonderful! I started my enquiry on Instagram, and then completed it on email. I had a very unique gift idea, and they have been able to bring it to life exactly to the vision I had. I am so thoroughly pleased, and cannot wait to give this gift to an incredibly special friend. Highly recommended!
I was very pleased with my gift from Lisa Angel a Russian 3 ring necklace with my grandchildrens names on for a special birthday last November. However after the birth of another grandchild I wanted to add a name also the necklace had started to tarnish. I cannot be more than satisfied with the service I have received from returning my necklace to have another name engraved, tarnished necklace replaced and blackened engraving making the names much clearer. I would highly recommend Lisa Angel and will most definitely be using them again.
Cannot recommend this company enough! When I placed the order I forgot to request express shipping, so I emailed them to request it and offered to pay the difference. They organised express delivery and waived the difference!When my order arrived (next day) it unfortunately was silver (when I had ordered gold), I contacted them to explain and again they sent the correct order with express delivery and said there was no need for me to return the incorrect silver items. Incredible customer service - this is how a business retains customers, encourages repeat purchases and promotes recommendations from customers to others. AND the jewellery is beautiful and to a very high standard!Well done!
I ordered a gift for my MIL birthday and I made a silly mistake when ordering, I contacted them to see if there was anything that could be done and they sent me out a new gift with the mistake fixed! Amazing customer service! Will 100% be ordering from this company again.
I ordered a personalised bag for my friends 40th birthday which unfortunately arrived slightly damaged. I contacted customer service and had a very quick response from Beth. She advised me of my options and arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me straight away.I have purchased alot of Lisa Angel items over the years and I've always been impressed.Thank you Beth for being so helpful, excellent customer service 😊
