My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for my birthday which I love. Sadly, it was a bit faulty so I got in touch with the customer services and cannot fault the way in which they handled my issue. I dealt with an incredibly friendly person via email who was quick in responding and offering a resolution to my issue without hesitation. The whole issue was sorted quickly, easily and without stress (so much so my husband doesn't even know the bracelet had a fault at all as the replacement was arranged so promptly). Thank you so much. I will definitely be back in the future for more purchases.
Brilliant selection of bracelets for men, it was nice to be regarded as a surfer even though I’m 76!Had a small problem with my bracelet which was bought for me by my wife for me for Christmas 2024, I emailed the company explaining the issue and after providing the information required, which I would have expected to provide, they provided a full replacement with the engraving.The customer service was fantastic, such a breath of fresh air in this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past.Very good people to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to use again, in fact I have!
I absolutely love the shell jewellery dish I ordered from Lisa Angel.Unfortunately one of them had marks on.I contacted customer service and they immediately arranged a replacement for me that arrived the next day.Fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend.
I ordered a beautiful bunch of luxury dried flowers and a cup as a present, and I couldn't be more pleased! The quality of both the flowers and the cup is fantastic—everything feels so premium and carefully put together. The dried flowers are elegantly arranged, and the cup is just perfect.On top of that, the customer service was excellent. They were prompt, kind, and really went above and beyond to ensure the gift arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend this as a thoughtful and high-quality gift option!
Not great, I had sent many emails as the colour choice we wanted was not available and this was not clear on the website. A long discussion sharing of photos ensued, then I was offered a £4 refund, very small percentage of total price. Shame as I am trying to use independent businesses but this didn’t work out for me sadly.

I bought a pair of earrings back in October which had unfortunately broke. I thought I’d have to buy a new pair. I messaged the chat box on the website and was put through to a lovely lady- Sophia. She couldn’t have been more helpful! She was quick to reply, and extremely helpful. She managed to get me a new set sent to me. I couldn’t be happier thanks to her!
I ordered a handwritten necklace by my daughter for her Nannie and I was blown away by how amazing it turned out! Arrived so quickly as well, especially with it being personalised. Definitely recommend ordering😊 the chain is quite delicate and thin but overall beautiful. Thank you!🥰
