My first order from Lisa Angel my parcel didn’t arrive on time contacted customer service a replacement has been send straight away even though it wasn’t their fault (Royal Mail fault) also refund for next day delivery was issued. Very happy customer. And the most important part my candles and candle holder are beautiful! Thank you Lisa Angel for an excellent experience!
Customer service was amazing, I ordered the ring bracelet and received the ring necklace by error. Instead of making me send it back to rectify the mistake they have sent me out a bracelet chain and said I can keep the necklace. Amazing service, will buy again
I had an issue with a present ordered, it was too small and the personalised font was unreadable. Emily from customer service, sent me out a replacement with bigger lettering in a bigger size. The issue was sorted quickly, and professional. Emily was very helpful and friendly:)
My initial order was easy to complete and the delivery arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a broken link on one of the jewellery items upon receipt. I emailed Lisa Angel Customer Services and my issue was dealt with very quickly, with a replacement arranged to be delivered the next day. Thank you for replacing the item so quickly. My daughter will be so happy.

These are beautiful but unfortunately they are massive and just drop off my wristI brought 3, two as gifts which I also know will be to big for themI have emailed but no response as of yetI hope iam not going to have 3 bangles that will never get usedIam a budget so it's important to me that this can be resolved
Ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter & received the item within a couple of days. The product was beautiful but was not quite as ordered so I contacted Lisa Angel. I had a reply from them within 20 minutes & a new product delivered within 24 hours. Absolutely gorgeous necklace nicely presented in a material gift bag. Brilliant service and correspondence.
