Worst service

Worst service. Physician didn’t help I had to go elsewhere. Many months later I logged on and scheduled as I was getting ready for my visit (waiting for it to load) I receive a messg that the provider cancelled my call.

GOD MORNING, I just called Optum Pharmacy Help Desk. I spoke with 3 ladies whom listened to my concerns. The 1st to pick was extremely pleasant. I was then transferred to another pleasant lady whom help me to understand my concerns. Then I was transferred to someone named Beverly and once again very pleasant. These were the ladies that made me feel at ease and comfortable about how to get me through. If anyone in this industry is able to recognize themand their abilities, it would be so pleasing to me.These 3 ladies were very patient and compassionate. I Pray they have a BLESSED and PEACEFUL life they deserve it. My name is Stephanie Voss I'm Greatful for my service. 🙏🏾🙌🏾💗

Quick, easy, and got what I needed

I couldn't get into my doctor for a month, and needed to be seen asap for something minor that needed treated before it got worse. The website was easy to use, my appointment started really quick after I said I wanted the soonest appointment, the doctor got straight to it, and I got medication sent straight to my pharmacy. I will definitely use them again!

Literally THE WORST app platform I've EVER used!!!

EDIT: Thankfully their IT department reached out and hung with me to get this fixed. Thanks!!!I have had three online appointments with the same doctor. They were fine....video worked just fine and the dr provided what I need. BUT THE APP IS ATROCIOUS!!!! First, it drops the name/info of the dr until you have to setup a new appointment, Doesn't tell you this. The biggest issue is I'm trying to send the Dr a release form she has agreed to sign BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS! I have tried for over 4 hours to navigate this crappy app. So I sit here w/ a document she needs to sign but I cannot send. Talked to tech support...nice guy...but he said it may take 1 to 3 weeks!!!! That is just ridiculous!

This place is worthless DO NOT waste your time !!!! I tried them one time before and I knew better but I had strep throat and didn’t feel like going anywhere so ide give them one more try the doctor was pointless / worthless I’ve fought it for a week with all the otc stuff I needed an antibiotic to knock it out and this doctor did NOTHING drink fluids rest I’m like really I’m 54 years old this isn’t my first rodeo I knew what I needed all that money and copay for nothing plz don’t waste your time and money will never use them again and everyone I know and every platform I’m going to tell it !!!!

Scheduled an appointment

Scheduled an appointment. The app couldn’t confirm my insurance. I called and their system couldn’t confirm my insurance. Called and they said they’d send the issue to billing to solve. Kept calling and billing had not done any work. Had to keep calling to cancel my appointment so I wouldn’t be charged the claim and hope they would give it back. Had to cancel completely and lose $40. Going to be calling my insurance to deal with them because they refuse to help patients.

ALWAYS CANCEL APPOINTMENTS

Me and my husband have been trying to schedule counseling for weeks and every single time we come to the day of the appointment they cancel it. Without fail, DAY OF, no reasoning behind it, it always says provider canceled this appointment. Do not use this service if you actually want help, this has caused even more stress for us. We even took off work to have an appointment today thinking maybe the after work appointments were going to keep getting canceled. They have an online scheduler and why it would let you schedule a time that they can't do is beyond me. What kind of doctors are working here?

Absolute Waste of Time and $185

I needed a prescription for an ongoing condition and was unable to get into my primary care doc. My insurance company suggested I call LiveHealth for an appt. Less than five miniutes (and $185) into the appointment, the doctor told me they can't prescribe the needed medication. I totally understand that they have rules. However, given that I was clear on the intake form about why I was calling and what I needed, an appointment should never have been made. Like most healthcare in the U.S., this organization appears to be a money grab. Never again would I use them.
