Absolute scam! I paid my $35 copay for a doctor to rush through a few minutes of questions, interrupt me, and tell me I have a viral infection and she can call me in a cough medicine. I don’t go to doctors unless I’m at the point that I know I’m going to have to have an antibiotic, which I absolutely hate taking, but she refused to call in an antibiotic stating I hadn’t had my symptoms long enough. Now I get to go to urgent care to get said antibiotic because like I told her, it did not get better, and I’ve waited in misery for the magic number of days in which they decide it is in fact a bacterial infection that requires an antibiotic. Do not waste your money on this scam!
This company used to have decent doctors that cared but that was 2 years ago. Fast forward to 2025 all they seem to care about is getting money. I told the doctor I had a very bad sinus pressure headache as I normally get right before allergy season starts and he tells me I have not had symptoms long enough which mind you I had sinus pressure for 4 days. He told me they can't prescribe antibiotics and to call back. They are awful and if you have your insurance company complain and have them dropped as they are not providing quality care to people. I went to urgent care and got what I needed. I will never use them again.
I went to family gathering and was exposed to the Flu. 24 hours after I was very sick. Fever, chills cough, congestion. I set up a call with a Dr. The call was 4 minutes, which is fine. The Dr. Prescribed Xofluza. I went to the pharmacy and my insurance will not cover it. Went home and left a message for the doctor and called customer service. 24 hours later no response from anyone. Still sick. Called customer service again and they said set up another appointment with another doctor and have them send in something different. Why should I have to pay again? Why can't the doctor that I spoke with just change my prescription? My regular doctor would. I will never use this service again and will report to corporate HR how bad this company is. They dont care about you as a patient, just making as much money as possible by getting as many people in and out as fast as possible. Please stay away. This is not a good or safe option for your health.
Poor customer and tech service. I would not recommend this service. I saw one doctor twice and it was a positive experience but the next two times he cancelled on me, once for techical issues on his end and for an unknown reason the second time. His next availability wasn’t for a month out and that’s unacceptable when medication is needed. Their app removed all my history and care team and they weren’t able to recover it so I was not able to message the provider directly because he wasn’t listed on my care team. Waste of time and this has left a negative impression on mental health. The technical support was useless and it felt like they were unfamiliar with their app and webpage. I spoke to 3 different people and it seemed they had no clue what I was even talking about.
Called to receive medical care for a standard problem and received care that was inconsistent with the literature from an uncompassionate provider. Upon calling to seek resolution, the customer service rep left me on the phone with no response.
Diagnosed my burn over the phone without requesting any photos. Would only write a prescription for an ointment...turns out they called in a prescription for an OTC ointment that I told her I was already using. Told me to go to urgent care if I developed an infection. I wanted antibiotics to PREVENT an infection.
I would leave 0 stars if I had the option. We have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours to be connected to a physician for my 17 year old daughter. The first time we were notified that someone would be with us shortly. Then we got a message that the person was unavailable. We could either cancel the appt or choose another clinician. After choosing a new clinician and waiting another 30 minutes, we received a message that a clinician was available. We logged on, a person's name was displayed, and the appt was immediately cancelled.What a joke! Please do not advertise 24/7 care when that is obviously not an option. If we would have known that we would be ignored TWICE online, we would have gone to the in -person clinic which is now closed. RIDICULOUS!!!!
$80 co-pay to spend 3 minutes reconfirming already provided information, then 2 minutes saying, "Yeah I think you have chronic bronchitis, go see someone in person. Bye."Should've just gone to Med Express, I guess. Felt very rushed. Don't think I'll try Telehealth again, and definitely not with this company. Feel like I just got robbed, even if the advice/diagnosis might've been correct. Was expecting a longer discussion and possible prescription or direction.
Ive had issues as someone who dealing with identity theft. I can’t edit my phone number for example. And have been repeatedly over charged for example a prescription that costs thirty is run up as say 470 dollars and then where it asks for my signature they ignored it. I had doctors disregard the crimes and say I’m over reacting and crazy. Only to them themselves treat me like a victim, refuse to believe my circumstance for no reason even when I have police reports and proof. They deny my existence and experience with extreme crime then themselves over charge by four hundred! It’s either misogyny or even more of the inside crime he denied existed. Are you kidding me
