amazing service called me and went through everything did not feel I was being rushed as I am when I sit the local surgery. I felt that all my concerns were addressed and a solution was given for them.would definitely use this service again. I was referred for an x ray and I received that today ( 1 day later ) and also prescribed medication which was sent electronically to my pharmacy within couple hours
Occasionally doctors call on the scheduled appointment , most of the time you get notification just before call being rescheduled without you confirming new time. Recently had to engage with online support, took them 4 months to respond to written issue. Absolutely shocking service
The GP had a really nice manner and was very professional. Although he could not prescribe me antibiotics he was concerned that I need to get checked out in person as he said it might be pneumonia. He said that it would be a gamble if I left it even a day or so. I did get checked out and it was quite serious so I was very please I followed his advice.
Absolutely brilliant! The GP was on time, helpful and knowledgable , she was gentle and asked me what felt to be the appropriate questions. She prescribed me antibiotics and E mailed my prescription to my local pharmacy - I picked up my meds 15 later! Later that day my symptoms worsened but have now subsided again so I thank her for her accurate and prompt diagnosis and action. Better than waiting for a GP appointment at my local docs!! Thank you heaps.
