Think it’s brilliant , it’s not easy to get a doctor , so it’s a great way of speaking to someone , is like face time so you see who your speaking too , twice now iv use livi , and they were great , didn’t feel rushed , not that you do at a doctor , brilliant 🤩
Usually helpful, but not the latest time I used the service.I contacted support to see if their GP could help with my issue before I made an appointment... They said they couldn't advise on this, but I could book an appointment anyway.I had an appointment booked, which was delayed twice and then cancelled by them. I had to start over giving the details again and booking another appointment for the next day.Slight delay, which I can live with. However, the GP didn't make any diagnosis, which was the main thing I needed. But for some reason, he did recommend continuing with physio exercises I had been previously given for a completely different problem to see if they would help this time???The call ended with me being no further along. Fortunately it happened to be appointment day at my local surgery, so I called and made an appointment there.
Spoke to a lady today, Dr Nabila Zaman. Despite never talking to her before she was so lovely & helpful - Genuinely the best GP I think I've ever spoken to. We spoke about lots of different issues which i was worried would be too much but she smiled the whole way through and helped with each problem. I could tell she truly cared, is attentive, and also passionate about what she does. My only wish is that I could make a preference for her to be my normal GP lol. I sense she's a credit to the company.
I have spoken to two doctors in two days, I suffer from PTSD and I'm agrophobic, speaking on the Livi app has helped so much, I've been put in touch with talking therapy and have booked an assessment with them, the GP'S on the Livi app were amazing !
Ive used this app several times for myself and family I have had excellent speedy responses and top class help. It is an easy app to use. Photos upload easily. I would hope this app is available to as many people as possible. A video call from a gp is often sufficient to deal with a medical issue that isnt serious.
First appointment with Livi and it was great. I was able to either wait or book an appointment and sent a photo of my problem. GP phoned on time, checked the photo, asked me to press the area by my problem which he was able to view me do and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. Easy to use, no need to leave the house and of course, good eye contact which is sometimes missing when visiting the GP practice. I will definitely use again if needs be.
