The people at Livingston have been excellent to deal with, it is usually Nicole we deal with or someone at branch 445. They are always pleasant on the phone and likely the most helpful people to deal. The communication is always excellent, they keep us informed on the progress of each shipment and let us know if there is any issues with the load.
Nicole Brabrant and the team from Branch 445 at Livingston do an amazing job for us every day. Nicole always keeps us in the loop if there are issues with our PARS and always jumps on our loads right away to make sure that things get processed quickly so our drivers can keep moving. She is great to work with!!!! Even if Nicole can't help us with an issue she gets us in touch with the people that can so we can keep things running smoothly. When Nicole is off Penny and Lisanne step up to the plate and get our paperwork cleared very quickly too. We love working with Branch 445!
Sunday, July 6, 2025, the holiday weekend, Greg Clarke of Livingston International, Sarnia office went beyond the call of duty to assist me and my semi-truck driver in crossing the border. We had paperwork issues and Greg send countless emails and made multiple calls to assist us in getting the paperwork in order for the driver to cross the border. Greg and Livingston, Sarnia is certainly going above the ordinary to help truck drivers! Thank you!
Transported my vehicle from Quebec to Edmonton, damaged it in the process and so far are refusing to fix it. I guess if they don't damage it, you are okay, but if they do, don't expect them to fix it. As it stands, they won't cover the repair (estimated at $7000+) but I am still fighting with them. Will amend this review as the process continues.
I used Livingston 2 times in the past to transport a vehicle across Canada, with no issues, unfortunately this time I am having a very bad experience, its funny how when you request a quote you get it within min even after hours, but when I am trying to track the status of my vehicle, it takes days to get an answer which is different than the answer I get when I call customer service. It is very frustrating. Now I understand why the company has very poor reviews. Even though the time frame they gave me was 7-10 days for pick up and 7-10 days for delivery I still don't have the vehicle or know where it is currently located
Our experience since then has been disappointing. When it came time to perform their core responsibility—customs clearance—the communication ceased almost entirely.Despite multiple follow-ups and more than ten emails over the span of a week, we received no adequate response. Fortunately, only one of our shipments has arrived so far, but with more on the way, this lack of reliability and accountability is unacceptable.Due to the unresponsiveness and failure to deliver on agreed services, we have decided to discontinue our engagement with this company. We hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve their communication and service standards.
Dropped off my Mini Cooper to the Toronto location on Thursday May 22 and Danielle and Nolan were so friendly, helpful and amazing. Nolan went above and beyond, trying to get my license plate off as the screws were not budging. Only chose this company because I saw some great reviews and they did not disappoint. For 30 years, I have the the EXTREME DISPLEASURE, OF DEALING WITH SUCH A CORRUPT, UNPROFESSIOMAL USELESS ORGANIZATION. THEY must be funded by the mob, because it defies explanation how they can stay in business.Their tracker system is a joke, their agents are sooo uneducated and have no clue what their doing, I hate, hate dealing with them, I sooo wish they would go out of business, They SUCK!Last week on a return load I had to send my paperwork in 5 times and this week 4 times, that is incompetent and unprofessional....SHIPPERS DO NOT USE LIVINGSTON, THEY WILL COST YOUR RECEIVERS MONEY! AND THE DRIVERS DOING THE LOADS.THEY SHOULD NEVER BE USED...EVER, PLEASE LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS.I HAVE NUMEROUS ISSUE EVERYTIME I USE THEM...EVERYTIMEI have been waiting at Minot ND now for 24 hrs for this load to clear, to get a transaction number.NEVER NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE TRULY THE LARGEST JOKES OF THE INDUSTRY, AND will never acknowledge their mistakes!
