Dangerous low quality medicines …

Ranbaxxy is an Indian pharmaceutical company that produce cheap and low quality medicines. The company was fined 500 million dollars for fraudulent documents in the USA. Their generic anti-depressants do not work. I’ve been ill for more than a year because their generic ‘sertraline’ doesn’t work.

Lloyds guarantee my drugs would be supplied in a confidential manner.When delivered the packaging was flimsy and wide open for anyone to see.I’ll be reluctant to use Lloyds for my future purchases and Evri for delivery options

Dreadful -Think twice before using them

Dreadful -Think twice before using themOrdered 15.10.23, the package got lost so on 21.10.23 I was told it was being re-sent, first class, and I was to allow 2 working days. It's now been 5 days, and still no delivery. No record of my order when I look at my account online, thankfully I have a record of the order no. and a copy of the payment Lloyds took via my credit card. I for one will never order again from Lloyds online.

Awful. Late with prescriptions, need constant chasing, lie about what's happening. I'm going to cancel and look for an alternative.

They listen to customer feedback!

Can I just say that this company is really doing things right and actually acts on customer feedback. Firstly there were issues with packages being too big to fit through letter boxes, raised this and a month later medications were in condensed packaging.Last order I had the app said I had more than I actually had and wouldn’t let me reorder. They sorted it out but again within a month the app now has a feature to let you tell them how many days you have.I just think that is something extraordinary for a company to come back around on customer feedback so quickly and is well worth the praise.

The warmth of her Smile!

Just back from another trip to Lloyd's Pharmacy in Thomondgate, Limerick and was a little disappointed that the medication I was looking for was not in stock. Apparently, there is a shortage of this medication globally. However, the disappointment was offset by the warmth of Andrea's smile, which seemed to contain all the promises of Spring and the hope of Summer!

The Lloyds pharmacy at Charing Cross…

The Lloyds pharmacy at Charing Cross hospital has the worst service I have ever come across.As a chemo patient I regularly wait for up to 3hrs for my drugs. How can this be acceptable? They receive complaint after complaint and yet nothing ever gets fixed.Lloyds pharmacy should have their contract cancelled.

Poor service, no concern for people

Gosh, why is it whenever I use Lloyds there's a problem? Frankly, the only reason I use them is they're open more often and earlier than the other pharmacies in Shannon. That said, I'm going to make a change now. Always a problem.Either they lose the script or they say it isn't a repeat. OR they don't have stock of one of the items and don't tell you. So you only find out when you get home and open the bag.Why not send me an SMS or something and tell me there's a problem before I collect. It's a HELL of a drive for me and this sort negligent service is what makes the life of someone with a chronic illness even worse. Very, vwry annoyed now.

Avoid! They took the order and my payment, but then closed the branch/didn’t supply the medication a

Ordered medication to collect via the online doctor / Lloyds pharmacy. I attended the selected branch on several occasions to then collect the prescription but each time found no service member present to serve me (in standard working hours). On the last occasion I attended the branch had been closed entirely with no notification from Lloyds. I got in touch with Lloyds and requested a refund given that they closed my branch that I agreed to collect the medication from. They said to select another location to collect from instead, when I checked the closest branch was now a 90 minute round trip! When I said that was too far and again requested a refund they then said I could no longer be refunded as 6 months had passed. 6 months had passed whilst I spent time back and forth attempting to get back meds from them at the agreed branch. Long story short they stole £35 from me and supplied nothing. I will be returning my custom to Boots Pharmacy and strongly discourage anyone from trusting Lloyds - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very untrustworthy and quite frankly daylight robbery! They took the order and my payment, but then closed the branch/didn’t supply the medication and refuse to refund! Charlatans!
