A month ago I used the lloyds pharmacy website to book a cholesterol test at the nearest branch offering this service.Adder travelling 40 minutes and paying for parking imagine my dismay to discover that branch had been sold and the new owners knew nothing about the appointment.Lloyds could have had the decency to contact me beforehand to let me know the booking would not be taking place.A waste of Saturday morning and out of pocket.Not impressed
They take over 1 week send my Prescription because they never have in stocks.They never answered my phone call. Also they asked me ask Dr to Alternative medication before they even don't try get it. I will change my online pharmacy ASAP.Over week I am still waiting for presentation what a service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Started our second round of IVF and we received and invoice for the medication with and added amount of £35 for a delivery charge, i called up to say i dont need delivery as I work not far from the hospital or i can drive to collect anywhere, i was told me i have to pay a delivery charge no matter what even if i collect, i was also told when i collected my first medication from the hospital for my first ivf round i was also charged £35 and the option for delivery was never mentioned, so basically Lloyds pharmacy are robbing me of £70 for absolutely no reason at all how wrong is this, why dont we get a choice ? It's disgusting
I went this morning to the cuckfield chemist to find a gaggle of people waiting for it to open. Baring in mind it should have opened at 09.00 and it was 10.00 it was closed and no notice on window to say it was closed,i couldnt collect my repeat prescription. Not happy at all.
This chemist is located almost next door to the local Drs surgery. It has become completely unfit for purpose over the last year. The staff fail to answer the phone, often medication is unavailable and now only 1 person is allowed entry at any one time. Frequently, a line forms of people who clearly don't feel well, but who have no choice but to wait- this being their nearest chemist. The staff are clearly demoralised and the chemist has the air of failure. Don't go there!
Went to collect a prescription the Walk In Centre at New Cross Hospital Wolverhampton issued my daughter. Waited till opening 08:30 to be told they no longer do walk in prescriptions? Assistant didn't even look at it. Just said we dont do walk in prescriptions any more. Barmy.
