Take payment BEFORE order approval

Placed order. Order was pending - awaiting approval - then rejected.Money already taken from my account. Took 72 hrs for refund, that's after a chaser email from me.Asked why funds taken whilst pending approval? Zero response. Annoyed because I had to wait on funds to order elsewhere.

Refused medication for no reason

Refused medication for no reason - taking business elsewhere. I suffer migraines and ordered medication before, but now suddenly I'm not allowed it. Ridiculous, I am not going to overdose over Christmas. I will take all my business elsewhere now, I haven't had any issues with the migraine tablets. I have asked for from another chemist who have approved and delivered in 48hrs. Thanks for the unnecessary stress this Christmas. Since joining with Phamacy2U service gone downhill.

Definitely avoid items missing

Definitely avoid items missing, contacted the pharmacy multiple times 3 weeks letter very little response no customer service at all! Would definitely go elsewhere!!

Ordered some baby ready made formula as…

Ordered som ready made formula as my baby is on prescription milk being premature. Ordered on the monday I clicked next day delivery £4.99 as needed it for a hospital appointment on the Thursday. Upon paying at checkout it said I was getting standard delivery which was £2.99. Which wouldn't arrive on time,i emailed company, they did get back to me quite quickly and sent me an invoice to pay an extra £2 to change it to next day delivery. I paid this and waited for delivery... it had not arrived by Wednesday, emailed them.. no reply... 8 days later still no delivery. Called company and to spoke to a gentlemen that said my order is paused as I had not paid the full fee.. I said what do you mean? He said for next day delivery the fee wasn't paid, i explained to him about the invoice that was sent to me that I had paid... he said its not paid. I checked my bank statement while on phone which showed two payments gone out for them including the extra £2 for next day delivery. He said well we haven't received it. Anyway I cancelled the order as it was now useless really as I wanted it for the appointment that had been and gone. Ive been refunded the money for the milk but not the extra £2 that had gone out my bank for the delivery. Won't be ordering again from them.

Incredibly poor service

Incredibly poor service. Joke of a company. Staff won’t follow simple, reasonable requests. Strongly recommend using a different, more reliable service. Boots, Superdrug or just about any other pharmacy are a better choice than this bunch of incompetent people.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with the Lloyds Pharmacy at London Royal Hospital. Half of my prescribed antibiotics were not available at the hospital pharmacy, and I was told they would be delivered the next day. Since then, I have been calling every single day to follow up.Each time, I was told the same thing—that the medication would arrive “today.” It has now been over a week, and the antibiotics still have not arrived. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves essential medication.The lack of communication, reliability, and urgency shows a serious failure in patient care. Delays in medication can have real and serious health consequences. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy.In my opinion, this is the worst pharmacy service I have experienced in the UK.

Lousy company with poor customer care

I have ordered 2 items in the last few weeks and both have been cancelled as they didn’t have the item. Their website is a joke and so is their customer service who didn’t bother to reply back to a customer’s grievance. They have no clue about what they have in the inventory, they show all items as available to order without even having it in stock.

Disgusting appalling take advantage of sick people

Do not use Lloyds Pharmacy I'm disabled 3 weeks ago I ordered urgent medication etc Evri never delivered they have been delaying I have sent email from evri confirming not delivered signed Pharmacy form nobody answer I am owed £40 I have reported to bank taking legal action

Same disappointment as everyone else

Oh my goodness, what a complete mess this company is in. Absolutely no customer care service what’s so ever. I ordered an item on line, received a confirmation email confirming my order, another email from them to confirm they are getting my order ready. Next day I received a further email cancelling my order, another email was forward advising they cancelled because they had no stock left and had to refund me.Why oh why is this company advertising goods that they DO NOT HAVE?Emails from me has been sent and of course just as I expected I received no answer to date…..Please be be mindful if you still want to order from them and just spent a bit of time reading other reviews, I wish I did…….
