This has been a life saver for me. I've seen doctor Leila Dirir twice now, once for anxiety and the other for women's health and she was absolutely brilliant, helped with a prescription when needed and also invaluable advice. She's very professional but also very personable. Couldn't recommend this service enough.
Don't ignore the 1 star reviews, and don't use their online prescription service. 3 weeks to get my prescription delivered, and their helpline just tells you to cancel the order. Basically, if you don't like it, go away.I do not have a 3 week buffer of medication. I can only order it when I have just under a week left, as it's a monthly repeat.Lloyds will leave you without medication, and just tell you to cancel it and go away. if they reply at all.Absolute disgrace.
Been waiting for my prescription since 12th September from Grays branch. I keep getting fobbed off with can’t get the stock. I managed to get half fulfilled last night but still waiting for asthma pumps. It’s a good job I dont leave it to the last minute as I would be without a Fostair inhaler by now. Absolutely useless.
Ordered my medication on Tuesday. Discovered on Wednesday the order had be set to “awaiting GP review”. Contacted surgery but they had not received a medication request and were unaware of review. Left message with Loydsdirect but no response. On Friday afternoon Lloyds direct cancel my order. I raised order again on Sunday again given status of awaiting review. Contacted GP but had not received any meds request. No answer to phone call so left another message even though the first had not been open. LloydsDirect need to realise to medication service is important for my health. As I was running out of medication I got the GP to raise a new prescription which a chemist actioned. That’s it from me Lloyds direct are toast. I cannot use a service I cannot rely on
Been waiting for nearly a month for a simple prescription, regularly out of stock, has happened on a regular basis with many of my medications but this has been the longest with no sign of getting it soon.Had to get another prescription from GP to keep me going, used another online pharmacy accepted Friday delivered Monday, now that is service. I don't think Lloyds understand why a doctor gives out prescriptions, must be for the good of their health!!
I have used this pharmacy for over 16 years without complaint until recently when it seems a new franchisee took over since which time the service has deteriorated rapidly.The latest fiasco involved a comprehensive repeat prescription put in 12 days before I went to collect on a Friday on behalf of my disabled wife, before which I had tried phoning on numerous occasions(without success) to ascertain readiness of the prescription(as I had done many times in the past) to be informed that it had not yet been fulfilled and was pointed to the threadbare seating to wait. After an interminable time, my name was called upon which I was presented with a bag containing scarcely half the urgent medicines required. I was invited to return the following Monday to collect the balance which I duly did and, to no great surprise, half the balance was also missing which I was assured would be in the next day and I was to await a phone call from them to confirm this. 3 days later and no phone call yet. My exceedingly poor experience was confirmed by other customers who, one by one, were informed that x, y & z was also missing from their prescriptions.Their 'working' office behind the counter looked very disorganised and the staff audibly at odds with one another. Suffice to say that I shall be seeking an alternative pharmacy.
The initial order of FitBit was fine, but when it stopped working, I attempted multiple contact methods to get them to confirm that I could return the item, but I didn't receive a reply. Having to go through Buyer Protection to get my money back.
