I ordered an item that was promised to ship in 5-8 business days. It has been twice as long and the item has still not shipped. Customer service has been responsive by email, but I will be hesitant to purchase any item from Lulu and Georgia in the future, as the shipping and logistics seem to be highly disorganized.
Do not buy from Lulu and Georgia. Impossible to make contact. No phone 📞 Very frustrating. I purchased furniture on Friday and tried to cancel order on Sunday because after looking at other beds made from the same material I had just purchased and it was a completely different color. Also, I found the same couch 25% cheaper with no shipping fee. They charged me $500. They are company which takes your money and then says you’re on your own. Very disappointed.

Things look great on their website. But service plainly sucks. I am so frustrated with Lulu and Georgia’s service. This is the second bed I am ordering and again there are major issues. With the first bed there were piece missing that did not allow me to assemble it. This time around I got only the headboard! There is no frame, no slats, nothing! My house is in complete disarray because I can’t put a bedroom together until the bed comes, my daughter has no bed to sleep in…. So infuriating. It is not like their merch is discounted so I can make an argument that you get what you pay for. They charge you a pretty penny but don’t delver. To top it off there is no number for customer service only an email. And there is no timely response. I am calling my credit card to cancel the transaction and get a refund and am never ever ordering from them anything again. Do not buy from them.

I recently bought the Villa Hand-Knotted Wool Rug from Lulu and Georgia. The quality of the rug is beautiful BUT the colors are nothing like what is shown on the website. It's a white + Thyme/light sage color which is not even close to what is on the website. Disappointing as this rug is expensive and one would hope that some prior vetting was done on the accuracy of the photographs shared by the sellers.
