Review Time
I just gave them a one star few days ago as I couldn’t reach their customer service because they have nothing live available. Changing my star to 4 now because they were prompt enough over email and were able to sort out my shipping queries. Even though it’s annoying to have no live person to talk to, I have changed my rating because they emailed me with all the info I needed and I was able to manage things better. I would still say it will be nice to have someone we can talk to rather then going back and forth over emails. Hoping they will do something to make this better.
Seeing as I ordered 8 days ago and still have yet to receive any update on shipment, I feel as though this is very inadequate. I may be wrong, but I don't think their rugs are made-to-order, so I find it bizarre how long it is taking to ship out my order especially since I ordered to San Diego and their warehouse is in Los Angeles AND it costed $19.95 for shipping!!! SO what's the hold up?
Worst price adjustment policy ever. Bought sconces and was in the 30 day return period. Contacted them about a sale going on after my order arrived. They wont price adjust because its more than 7 days since I ordered. Took them two days to answer my email since they have no customer support phone number and she tells me I can return them but the sale ended yesterday so I cant reorder with the lower price, all this happens while I'm waiting for an answer from them. From now on buying only at stores online that have actual locations near me and have better price adjustment, return policies.

Bought the Kukka light sconce and the only actual size light bulb that fits it is a night light bulb. Unbelievable. No real customer service just emails. I didn’t even bother this time to email them because they are clueless. In addition, am now waiting about 5 plus months for pillows I ordered and was charged for, who knows if those are coming.

As other customers mentioned this business is not oriented to cater for customers beyond purchase it is more of a marketing company to sell and that is about it. No customer service number rather a message center in which you have to wait for replies. I am sleeping on the floor currently as the bed I order came with missing parts and therefore had to message customer service so it will takes days to get a response back and days if they ship the parts...therefore days I sleep on the floor. Chat customer service is not a live chat as they make you write a message in the end to get back to in days.

Products are usually decent, but no support number, no email, just a form, which takes days to respond to, leaving a customer experience FAR below expectations. Service does not match branding. It’s clear what they value, and where they put their money, and it’s marketing, not customer experience.
