I placed an two large orders, one in error while reviewing my order - in a panic, I immediately called and emailed and was unable to reach customer service support - although it was a full business day afterwards, the email support was incredibly helpful and worked diligently until the issue was resolved - they were professional and customer-service oriented, and swiftly refunded the large purchase - the customer service exceeded my expectations
I returned a rug I ordered through Lulu and Georgia a month ago and have not received a refund or any correspondence regarding the return. I have emailed customer support multiple times and left a message on their toll free phone line, but have still not received any response. I even ordered a new rug to replace the one I sent back but I now want to cancel it as I am not convinced I will even receive it. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Hopefully this gets resolved, but I doubt I will ever order from this company again.

My husband and I ordered a rug that never arrived. Lulu and Georgia has no customer service except for an answering machine that no one ever calls back after leaving a message. My husband emailed and we got a ghost of a response with no solution. We will have to dispute the charge in our cc. So sad as they have nice things on the website.

I am updating this review to reflect that I received assistance from Lulu and Georgia who provided a full refund. Because of the poor quality of the piece, I won’t order from them again, but I’m very appreciative of the customer service. I just received an expensive new nightstand from Lulu and Georgia and noted right away that I couldn’t easily open the second drawer and the third drawer didn’t open but an inch or two. The delivery person yanked the second drawer open, and now it won’t close. I called right away, and can only communicate via a VM, and then sent a message through their messaging line. No response. Left another VM and sent a second and third message. This should be a priority for the company. This isn’t the case of a ding or a scratch but a completely unworkable piece of furniture. The fact that I can’t speak to a live person is extremely frustrating. I have no idea when/if this will be resolved.

Ordered a rug that said it would ship within 5-7 business days. It's been a month and not a single message from them. They don't have a phone but all my messages and emails to them have no response. We just want our rug. Otherwise, how do we cancel if you don't respond?I can't give them more than one star because, so far, they've failed on every level. I wish I had a product to review!

I ordered an item that was promised to ship in 5-8 business days. It has been twice as long and the item has still not shipped. Customer service has been responsive by email, but I will be hesitant to purchase any item from Lulu and Georgia in the future, as the shipping and logistics seem to be highly disorganized.
