We've had a Luxaflex blind for many years and it has been a fantastic addition to our living room. Recently we contacted Luxaflex and they kindly offered to supply a replacement part even though the blind is 7 years old. The part arrived the next day and we were not charged. We found Patternmatch interiors, stockists of Luxaflex blinds, online. I made an appointment to visit the shop and Adrienne very helpful showing us the different blinds we could chose from. We made a date for Gary, Adriennes husband to come to us with the Luxaflex range. Once we had chosen the ones we wanted we placed the order and had the blinds fitted approximately 7-8 weeks after the deposit had been paid. They are amazing! They have transformed our room both in the daytime and evening. Patternmatch, Adrienne and Gary, made the whole process seamless with their friendly, professional approach.
I recently had some Luxaflex blinds fitted and they are amazing! They have helped to keep the warmth in during a cold spell and I hope they will do as good a job keeping the heat out in summer. My house is on a fairly busy road and I now have privacy without loosing any light due to the blinds going from bottom to top. Can’t recommend them enough.
I have had Silhouette blinds from Luxaflex for some years now. I really love the effect that the two layers give in the sunlight! I chose to have both manually operated blinds and some motorized ones for windows that were less accessible. I recently had some issues with the motorized blinds and could not resolve it myself. Luxaflex sent an engineer out and he knew exactly what was needed to restore them to great working order. Thank you Luxaflex!
Lovely blinds thst we’ve had for a few years now but unfortunately one of the blinds, the most important one, completely fell down a couple of weeks ago. Contacted the shop who supplied us-no response. Contacted the head office which is on our doorstep….no response. Terrible after sales service!!
I'm Im the middle of 3-4 stars. We have had a few blinds fall off as the straps have come unstuck on the frames. Not sure if this is a installation issue or a problem with the products used. However installation installed in October & it's only January. I had 36 blinds installed so hope it's on just a couple of blinds
I’ve got the Luxaflex duette blind, and had it about 4 years. No problems at all, and peace of mind for when travelling as it very much appears that someone is home.Add to that, the customer service is superb. I recently had the need to replace the power cable from the blind to the battery after my cleaner managed to break it, Luxaflex responded promptly offering to send the replacement as a goodwill gesture.Thank you Luxaflex!
