Just had a Powerview Lightline Roller Blind fitted. So pleased with it! It looks very contemporary and diffuses the light really nicely, which was what I wanted. The blind runs very smoothly and the remote control is so handy. Would definitely recommend.
Great experience having Deluxa Blinds Chester fit our Luxaflex Duette PowerView blinds and smart hub today. Blinds look great and operate very easily via remote and wifi.Professional, polite, friendly, quick and tidy installation, nicely resolving an awkward change in ceiling height. Looking forward to the blinds thermal properties giving us warmer winters and cooler summers as a result of in our sun room.
Delighted with our Luxaflex Pirouette blinds installed by Deluxa Blinds of Chester a few months ago.We had a few issues which were sorted promptly and efficiently by Greg and Jake and the blinds are now linked to Alexa. We can also program them to operate automatically at set times.They look lovely too!
We have had our installation of Luxaflex blinds and shutters completed by Littlehampton Blinds and we are thoroughly delighted. We knew what to expect as our neighbour has had a similar installation from them and were very happy. The journey from visiting their lovely showroom to the initial home survey and then installation was very easy and the quality of what we have purchased is very good. Yes, they weren’t the cheapest quote we had but we feel comfortable knowing we have a long warranty and a place to come if we need them.
We have 6 Luxaflex blinds, 2 of which are powered. I managed to snap the retaining clip of the battery holder when changing the batteries. Emailed their customer service, spare part arrived the next day. Very happy with their after sales service. Thank you.
We have a number of their venetian blinds bought over a period of years and the early ones were not at all bad. But lately there has been a deterioration in design and ergonomics - the multiple control cords on large blinds now all run through a single hole so tend to jam and tangle, and the flimsy cord grips fall to bits. They are very expensive, and whilst they are slightly better quality than some competitors, we have had two out of three recent orders replaced because they were not as ordered - wrong slats in one case, side control wires omitted in the second. Pity they can't get their internal communications to work properly and sell at a price that doesn't have to cover chucking away two-fiths of the production due to stupid errors!
Have a number of Luxaflex metal venetian blinds which have served us really well over the last 11 years.Last week one of the plastic lower rail brackets broke. after a search on eBay and Amazon I ordered 2 from eBay for £4!!. Unfortunately they were the wrong ones and didn'tfit.My wife suggested I contact Luxaflex direct.A VERY helpful Customer Support person ably assisted me and within minutes had taken my details, identified the part required and agreed to send me 7 off (to cover any further breakages) FOC, Next Day delivery!They duly have arrived and one has already been fitted.If only other UK companies could be as helpful and supportive of their customers after sales service needs. An example to all of how to do it!When I next need blinds I will be shopping with Luxaflex.
Just had a set of 4 Luxaflex Powerview Duette blinds installed. They really finish off our new extension and the automation on the App is so easy to set. The remote is also easy to use. Myself and my wife are so impressed we will definitely be adding other Powerview blinds to the house in the future.
We are delighted to be leaving a positive review for our new Luxaflex blinds. We looked on many websites for electric blinds and what they could do, but struggled to find an actual shop where it was clearly displayed as a real life environment for us to try. After a fair bit of research and speaking with a very helpful lady at Luxaflex, we were pointed in the direction of our local dealer Littlehampton blinds. Their shop is everything we needed to see to fully understand how the powerview system works and also their knowledge of how it would work with the smart products in our home was also very impressive.We have had a mixture of roller blinds and duette blinds throughout our home which look great and has done everything we expected and we are very happy customers.
