Kerry Hays in Customer Service was extremely helpful in dealing with enquiry regarding a broken corded weight. She explained the change in safety regulations and was able to send me a complimentary P clip to resolve the problem. Very quick delivery and overall very impressed with the service from Luxaflex

Stop mechanism in my roller blind stopped working

Stop mechanism in my roller blind stopped working after more than 8 years after installation. Luxaflex kindly supplied me with a suitable replacement by return and now everything is back working perfectly for many more years of nightly use. Great Service.

Needed a replacement clip for a blind…

Needed a replacement clip for a blind bought 5 years ago. One email to Luxaflex, received an immediate response which suggested to send photo of the part. This was acknowledged and the new parts arrived within days at no cost. Couldn’t fault customer service.

Absolutely APPALLING customer service

Absolutely APPALLING customer service. You lost our BEDROOM blind which needed a repair (4 week TAT). As YOU lost it (confirmed Dec) you stated it would be replaced. It has STILL not been replaced after 4 MONTHS of constant chasing AND you STILL want to charge us a carriage/packaging fee. This “customer service” has been absolutely appalling and what historically has been a reputable company is disappointing and in dire need of rescuing. Disgraceful.

Very prompt email reply & subsequent supply of replacement “Cord Tassel” for Duette blind. The tricky thing was finding the part name in the first place & realising that sourcing only seemed possible through Luxaflex rather than a 3rd party retailer. Fortunately Luxaflex were very responsive. Thanks Kerry for your help.

Outstanding after-sales service

My neighbour had a blind, bought 7 years ago, which from one day to the next would no longer stay in position. Customer services answered the phone within a couple of rings; the lady diagnosed the problem, told me where to find the product code and got the spare part to me within a week - at no charge. Exemplary!

LuxaFlex pleated blind cord

One of my LuxaFlex blinds failed to raise because the cord had snapped. I was unable to find a retailer/fitter of blinds to help me out with replacing and fitting new cord. I got in touch directly with LuxaFlex, reference Joanne, and explained the problem. She was so helpful and immediately agreed to send me replacement cord, which she did that day, posting out to me by first class post. Excellent service! There was no charge for this .A friend was able to use the cord to repair the blind. I have since received from Joanne further replacement cord, free of charge, just in case the same thing happens to my other matching blinds.
