having purchased Luxaflex Blinds for year when we extended our property we contacted our local dealer in Essex and they helped us select Luxaflex Duette PowerView blinds. We are delighted and would suggest Luxaflex PowerView to anyone. We love the Automation function which helps keep the room warm which is very helpful with such high energy bills. If you are looking for high quality window blinds take a look at Luxaflex.
We have a Luxaflex roller blind, it's two metres wide and was installed 6 years ago, so well out of guarantee. Recently the counter-force mechanism failed. I phoned Luxaflex and after giving details, they sent, free of charge, the replacement part, restoring the blind to as good as new. So 10 out of 10 for their after sales customer care.
I’ve had two lots of duette blinds which look very stylish and elegant. Recently had a problem with the manual opening tabo one blind. John Lewis, who I originally got the blinds from, were very unhelpful (poor customer service) but on getting in touch directly with Luxaflex, Kathy from customer services was extremely helpful and responded quickly making it a pleasure to deal with them.
Great product and delivery and installation We had Luxaflex Pirouette fitted at our property in Anglesey. When the sun shines we need something not just that to create the shade and reduce the heat but also maximum impact. The product delivered all that across 6 blinds!The product and fitting was explained by Deluxa Blinds Chester and Greg and his team delivered everything that he said we would get. Amazing product. Our kitchen used to be really cold as any heat escapes through the glass In the back door and window. Our friends recommended luxaflex duette blinds as a solution due to their insullation and energy saving benefits. So we had 2 trufit duettes fitted directly to the glass at the weekend and we love them! Not only does our kitchen feel warmer as the heats not escaping , They also look amazing too as we chose a colour to match our kitchen units and the fabric diffuses the light so it doesn't make the kitchen too dark by blocking all the daylight out. Well worth the money for an excellent product.
We bought "Luxaflex" duette blinds from Patternmatch in Ampthill and they are amazing, not only do they look great but they keep the room cool when the sun is blazing and keep it warm when its not. Patternmatch were simply brilliant at installation, no fuss, no bother, no mess. Highly recommend both Luxaflex blinds and Patternmatch. Thank you both!
I purchased Luxaflex Duette blinds for 4 bedrooms in July 2021 from John Lewis. They were installed on 14th Dec 2021. Initially I was very happy with them as they were truly blackout. However less than 2 months after having them installed 2 of the blinds began to look lopsided with one side pulling up unevenly. I reported the matter to John Lewis. Initially they said an inspector would come, this took several months. Finally once they came, the inspector informed me that the blinds were indeed faulty. JL had them replaced. I was concerned about the remaining 2 blinds and wanted these replaced too in case a fault develops with them but they said they couldn't do this. Yesterday John Lewis forwarded me an email from Luxaflex in which they claimed there was no blind fault and they stated that it was "customer error". I did not at all appreciate being accused of having caused the problem. I have had blinds fitted in my house for years. I have had no problems with blinds by other companies. The fact that they simply blame the customer instead of truly trying to solve the issue of improving the standard of the mechanism used to operate their blinds is astonishing to me. I expected much better quality of blinds and much better service.
I am absolutely delighted with my Light Line Blind bought for a South facing bedroom. The colour fits in beautifully with my decor and the design is very stylish. It is effective in stopping the glare and with the remote control so easy to use. I shall now purchase one for my other South facing bedroom. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.
I bought Luxaflex Automated Twist blinds about 4 years ago and have regretted the purchase ever since. In the 4 year’s I’ve had the blinds I’ve had them returned to Luxaflex for replacement once. The blinds constantly lose their memory, especially when they do a software update. The vanes on the blinds are constantly out of line meaning the supplier had to come out on numerous occasions to reprogram and adjust them. After the two year warranty was up, I had to pay each time they visited, now they won’t visit at all stating they have no expertise left in the business. I have subsequently been told that my supplier has terminated his business with Luxaflex stating numerous customer complaints and time consuming after sales service, although they still advertise Luxaflex blinds on their website !!! So now I’m left with no one to fix my blinds. Two and half grand down the drain. This is a warning to people considering purchasing the said blinds. DONT DO IT. AVOID AT ALL COST.
It is really disappointing to read the poor review below as we have had a really good experience with them. Until a few months back we did not know of "luxaflex" until we moved into our new home, which was fitted with their blinds in most of the windows. Some blinds worked and some did not, so we spoke with them and we were pointed in the direction of our nearest showroom. They could not of been more helpful, they plotted out a plan to resolve our issues with an idea of costs before visiting the property, which was helpful rather than trying to sell us new blinds. As it turned out that the previous owner had taken a number of parts including some of the remotes, batteries and router which controlled the blinds over the internet. All missing parts were replaced and demonstrated to us so we can now control our blinds at home and when we are away using an app on our phones. We also added some of their new Japanese screen type roller blinds too, which we are really happy with. I dont know if I am supposed to mention the dealer but we were recommend to use littlehampton blinds who were just great. They have allot of big blinds in their showroom which is where we saw the extra blinds we bought.
