They say "buy cheap, buy twice"... but you don't expect to be told to buy again when you've supposedly bought a premium, luxury product.

We had five Luxaflex Venetian Blinds fitted - three of them were LiteRise controlled. All 3 of these LiteRise Venetian blinds have now broken. We've had issues with loose LiteRise tabs on these blinds, but now the bottom bars have come off from the blinds causing them to be completely useless.

We've been told that Luxaflex no longer offer repairs and that our only option is to buy replacements! Not even any apologies offered. Very disappointed in the service response and quality of these blinds.

Great materials in the bars and louvers themselves, but you don't expect to be re-buying all your blinds every few years! The high price and premium brand does not fit with the quality and service you receive.

Extremely disappointed with the flawed design.

Spent a lot on a design that is completely defective. They are overly heavy, fall down frequently, and the top is nearly impossible to reach for someone with an average-sized arm. I reached out multiple times for assistance, but they were unhelpful. This is totally unacceptable.

Extremely poor design and inadequate support

I spent a significant amount on a design that turned out to be completely flawed. They are excessively heavy, fall down frequently, and the top is nearly unreachable for anyone with an average-sized arm. My attempts to contact the support team were met with refusal to assist. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Terrible customer support experience

I was initially happy with the motorized blinds until I needed a repair. The response time from the support team was frustratingly slow. They provided links to unhelpful videos and dismissed my inquiry with suggestions to check local dealers. One dealer failed to show up for a scheduled visit, and another stopped responding after sending videos. This level of service is unacceptable for such an expensive product. AVOID.

Various quality products in my home

I have multiple quality products in my home, one of which had broken clips due to wear. After searching unsuccessfully for replacements for my over 10-year-old unit, I reached out for assistance. They responded quickly and generously offered to send replacement parts. I received the clips immediately at no charge. Excellent service! Highly recommend their products.

Consistent quality across my home

I have their products throughout my flat, with various types for each window and door. Over time, a few plastic parts on the pull cords broke, but the customer support team sent me replacements at no charge.
