We had a range of blinds from Luxaflex and they are first rate. From the initial planning and advice through to the final fitting the team were terrific. We had the Duette blinds, including some with Powerview. The app and remotes work very well and I particularly like the flexibility of the app in terms of scheduling.
We had blinds installed recently and couldn’t be happier with the product and the service throughout. The product is top quality and has changed our room completely. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable and responded quickly. Couldn’t be happier and would 100% use again.
Patternmatch Interiors installed our new awning yesterday. The awning itself is brilliant - elegant and a fantastic product. But special mention must be made of Patternmatch: the install had been going to plan until at the last moment we discovered that the external socket had no power. Patternmatch ended up installing a new armoured cable that allowed the install to be completed. Gary and Ed were real pros, solved a real problem and got the job done. It took them way longer than anticipated. We're super grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I bought several Luxaflex blinds for the lounge a while ago and needed help with a replacement part.After a lot of online research and calls I spoke to Helen in Luxaflex customer services. She was very helpful and professional and solved the problem for me and I'm so appreciative of her friendly and efficient service.
We are delighted with our new awning and even more so as we first enquired last year, but waited until this year to place the order. The new model looks allot nicer and came with a front trim that was electric too, which was not available with the previous model. I would like to mention the dealership who fitted it called Littlehampton blinds, who were incredible. Our property required allot of custom work, by ways of cutting out of the wall and creating bespoke brackets amongst other things, which was all created by them in our garden and fitted in just two days. It was also really nice to be able to see the same awning we purchased in their showroom, which really gave us the confidence to place order from them.

Buying Luxaflex UK products is not something that is done on a whim, as they are not inexpensive. When I started looking at the products, I contacted Vivian Llewellyn @ Haus in the Vale of Glamorgan. I immediately felt I was speaking to an expert. Vivian knew the products inside out and gave me excellent advice. She was able to show me how the products worked and what was best suited to the various locations in our home. She was able to arrange for samples to be sent so we could colour match with our decor. Vivian is a detail person and that really mattered when the blinds were going to be such a visible feature of our home. All her skill and expertise has now come to fruition, as today all the blinds were fitted and they are just perfect. We have Duette blinds with the Smart Cord and Trufit operation. In another room we have a Duette blind which has the Powerview battery operation with remote control. The skill of Mark who fitted the blinds is also exceptional. Whilst Haus is located in the Vale of Glamorgan they provide a service to a very wide geographical area - I am some 60 miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending Vivian at Haus.
We have just had a fantastic new awning fitted on the back of our house from our local luxaflex outlet called Littlehampton blinds. They were the only company we contacted who actually had the products they were offering in their shop on show and did not try to sell us something from a picture on their phone or brochure. The awning is everything we expected it to be and more!
We have 5 large luxaflex blinds. Battery operated (mistake). The batteries run out very quickly, each blind takes 12 yes 12 AA batteries. Pairing the controller with the blinds takes a degree in electrical engineering. The instructions are awful. The remote is poorly made plastic with lugs on the battery compartment that are very easy to break. All this and they were very expensive.
