Review Time
PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I always read comments/reviews before ordering online for the first time from any company. (I have never used before). OMG didn't read reviews before ordering this time. I was very desperate for items ordered and with a great price. NOW!! after reading all these bad reviews/comments I checked my banking account and sure enough the money has been taking out of my account. I tried to call several times no one answered the phone (which every comment/review states the exact same), still waiting on order. I will contact my bank to make sure no other transactions from this company come from my account.I tried to give zero star, got to put at least one star to write a review. 70 plus living on a fixed income and military retire. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ITEMS ORDERED!!!!!
I have been ordering from them for at least three years and never had an issue. The past 8 months have been the worse! Orders have been delivered months after ordering and emailing them I used to get a response but now it’s radio silence. I am not sure what is going on but once I receive my order it will be the last!!
I usually order from Magick but this was the first order I made in a long time from them on March 18, 2025. I've been trying to reach them by phone and several emails absolutely nothing. You don't hear from anyone or get anyone on the phone when you call. At this point they are taking people's money and they aren't getting their products. I only spent $21 but I want my items or a refund. This is crazy that folks aren't seeing their products because they are backed up. Stop running sales if you can't keep up with the demand. I will NOT be ordering from Magick in the future again.
I placed an order February 8, 2025 and received my order today, March 14, 2025. I emailed and called multiple times to try to find a status update and got no response at all. I requested that my order be canceled and refunded...no response. I'm surprised I actually received the order. But, I will not order from them again due to the lack of communication and poor customer service.
I have ordered for years, then early last year, was my 1st blip. Took me 2 months of emailing back and forth to get my order, after waiting about 6 weeks for any movement. They were responsive, so I did patiently wait. But I put them on the backburner of my shopping sites, as I like to save $ but I don't want to wait 3 months or so to get my goods. I tried again, as they had some herbs I was looking for and as they redesigned the website. Well...no. I was able to order but that was March 10th. Nothing since the confirmation email. I have written 4 times, no reply at all. Furthermore, now I can't log in and the site isn't displaying properly on my phone or laptop browser. I give up. Really great prices and an awesome selection but no use if can't get order. I'll have to pay more elsewhere.
They wouldn’t have even gotten 1 start had that not been the only way I could move forward to say how crappy this company is. They may have beautiful items to select from but they are on some bs. They took my money but it’s been a month later & I still don’t have my items. I can’t get anyone from customer service. I will NEVER order anything else from them.
