A poorly run company!

Magick.com is a poorly run company. I placed an order, never heard back from them in over 20 days and I had to call them and basically do their job for them giving all the information that they should have had. I never receive tracking, never received anything regarding my order and they disputed that it was ever made. In the end, it took 5 phone calls over roughly 25 days all by me as they lied, saying they would call me but never did and I finally gave up as my time simply wasn't worth, the amount of money lost. I do not suggest doing business with this company, there are other companies out there that deal in these types of items that are trustworthy and reliable.

Magic.com is full of 💩

Magic.com is full of 💩. They are the biggest scammers alive please Don’t buy 💩 from them you won’t never receive an email nor your money!!!!!!! You can’t piss on my face and tell me it’s raining 🌧️ people take my advice Don’t order nothing from them you won’t!!!!!!!!! That company needs to be sued for everything they got.. people please adapt and spread the word!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order beginning of January never received my items. I called them 2 weeks ago she said that my order would be shipped by end of the week. That never happened. Convinced they’re scamming people out to their money.

It's been 6 weeks

I placed an order on 12/22/24. The website says free 1-5 day shipping on orders over $50. Today is February 6, 2025. I'm still waiting for my order. I emailed them and I got a response seeing their email responses have been delayed and do not email more than once. At this point I just want to cancel my order.

Don't Buy from Magick.com

I hate to write this review, but I have no other choice. I've been a customer since 2020 and I don't do small orders. The customer service has deteriorated over the years and now it's literally non-existent. I placed a large order on February 6, 2025 and as of March 7, 2025, I have heard absolutely nothing about the status of my order. The money definitely left my bank account. In the time frame, I've sent 2 emails and left a voice mail message and no one has responded. Last week I signed into my account and it showed the orders as unfulfilled and my older fulfilled orders. They apparently changed website providers/format, because the website looks completely different. They're still adding new products to the website and offering a 35% sale on items. When I login to my account now, all orders have disappeared, fulfilled and unfulfilled. If you can update the website and add new products, you should be able to answer questions about orders. Waiting over a month to have an order fulfilled or an update is completely unacceptable.

0 stars- I ordered just a few items…

0 stars- I ordered just a few items back in February, after a month I emailed the company to see if there was a problem because there had been no update to my order number. They told me they were backed up from Christmas and the fires caused a delay so naturally I was understanding. They said my package was scheduled to be shipped out that week. After 2 weeks went by, no updates, no tracking, and no package, I went to the website to see if there was a change in the fulfillment status of my order but the website had been "updated" and you could no longer see orders that were put in before the update. I emailed them again, they told me again my package was scheduled to be shipped out, again, again no package, no updates, nothing. I emailed them again asking for a refund since it had been 2 months, they said your package is scheduled to ship out this week but if you want a refund we can do that. I said yes please cancel my order and refund my money. Now, no package, no refund , no updates and no answer when I email askingfor my refund. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with a company, so unprofessional and so purposefully misleading. I never write bad reviews but people need to be aware of the buisness practices of this company before deciding to purchase from them.

If I could give zero stars….

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t even have the mental energy to go over my story but I promise you it’s crazy enough that you can’t make it up. First, order was very late when I finally received it. Late enough that I couldn’t use them for what I ordered them for. Second, I only received half of my order with no warning and no refund option. Third, called multiple times during their “business hours” (they only have a 4 hour window to answer their phone). After approximately 15 times calling over the course of several days, I was able to speak to someone twice. One was to report half my order missing, given some story about their system being down and to call back after the weekend. Called the following Monday, and for the next 5 days. Fourth, when they decided to answer their phone again, I received no apology, and told that “they were a small company, and that they were behind on orders.” I told them to give me an option to make the situation right. I was offered my items or a refund. I chose the refund. I was told that I would get a refund within 7-10 days.” That was over a month from this date. Fifth, still no refund. Their only intentions are to scam and rip people off. So incredibly sad. Reported to BBB. Karma will eventually catch up to them…

I would avoid these people

Magick.com is apparently now castspells.com. It looks like they just keep opening up under different names, after they rip people off and close.I bought from magick.com earlier this year. They never sent the products and never answered any of my emails. I never received a refund. Now I get an email from them which is a advertisement to buy things. Unsubscribing.
