Worst third party booking platform ever, i wrote my name incorrectly and they charged me 30EUR in 2 mins literally in addition to very bad customer service and very long response, website has no option even to get your flight details no emails and confirmations sent unless you ask for it !!! DON’T TRY IT EVERY!
Fast replies of customer service, the gave me personal calls and continued support through WhatsApp until the booking was confirmed, Mark was very friendly and offered to help in many ways like contacting the airlines and making sure the booking and names are correct
Dodgy travel agency!Made a booking via Google to the Martigo site took the payment and waited via confirmation email for few days but did not receive it. Rang Martigo and said that Google had not updated the price so they said they would refund my money but they did not refund the money until I rang them that I have received the bill on my credit card.
Its the worst service ever. The customer service doesnt work, Im still waiting a refund because they charged me before checking if the ticket I was acquiring was available. They dont know the timeframes of the refunds and keep giving false information. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!
If I could give it a zero, I would. We booked a flight to Europe from the US for my mother through MartiGo. Received a confirmation # and everything. Showed up at the airport only to be told by the airline that there is no such booking. Contacted MartiGo customer service (the phone # listed doesn't work, by the way) via email. Got a reply that stated "Oh yeah, the flight was fully booked, so we were unable to issue your tickets". You know when that information would have been helpful? Anytime BEFORE we showed up at the airport on departure date. No emails, no phone calls - nothing. Gave us the confirmation number, charged the credit card but never booked the tickets. So, if you enjoy trying to book a new flight at the airport on your departure date, then MartiGo is definitely the company for you.
Seriously impressed - I needed to cancel my booking, I was very sceptical it would happen without a large fee, but Michelle sorted everything super fast. There was no fee, money got refunded into my account in 24 hrs, and communication was smooth and constant
