It’s my 1st time to booked in this site and I’ve got an error on the family name on the passenger at but good they amend it without a fee in changing the correct name. It was a SUPER-B experience. Thank you once again. Love to book again & again.

Very good company

Very good company, and they respond so quickly. However, I was nervous about buying a ticket from them when I read the negative comments and lucky me that I didn’t believe these comments. They are very professional and I recommend them for you all. Note: last minute trip may have some changes in price, I buy my ticket 4 days before the flight and every thing went smoothly.

Please be aware

Please be aware! Worst experience ever. They made me waste my time. I bought my tickets then they messaged me on WhatsApp that I had to pay more because there was an error. They were messaging me at very strange times and I got scammy vibes. They are doing fraudulent business taking advantage of people.

Fast and friendly service - no need to be worried even if online check-in might not be working

Got tickets purchased in January for a private journey. Those needed to be adjusted as a business event came in between. No problems against fee.Later I got an accident abroad. The flight back needed to be postponed for 2 weeks. No problems against fee.Finally, as I got injured heavily I needed an upgrade from Economy to Business. Again, no problems against (really fair) fee. Mr. Mark took really good care of my needs - thanks again!!! :)PS: I communicate with MartiGo via WhatsApp which is super fast and convenient.
