Quick and friendly I got the ticket reservation per email couple of minutes later. Checked also the airline and my name is on it. Did not take the flight yet but if this works as it looks I must say it was quite good. I put one star away because I did not get a confirmation or anything after the payment this is why I contacted via phone. The time waiting to get a service assisstant was very low, friendly and easy. At first I was really hesitant to book at Martigo because I read couple of negative reviews online. So before booking I did contact their WhatsApp support and thank God I did that coz Mishelle quickly responded and assist me on my booking. The transaction was smooth. I requested to send the confirmation via email and WhatsApp and she did. I also checked the booking on the airlines itself and it’s confirmed under my name. Will book again soon! Thanks!
