I tried to book a flight through the website and got an error message after finishing the purchase and the price had already been charged on my card.Very positive feedback regarding the WhatsApp customer service though l, which immediately requested the refund and the money was back to my account after 48 hrs as advised.
I got my flight cancelled and to get my money back was a nightmare, very bad organized and difficult to reach out, they dont know how to do things. I got the impression that they just want you to give up. Long whatsapp conversations. I contacted in parallel with the airline, I had to do their job for claiming my money back.
Terrible experience. I booked two flight tickets of more than 1500 euros, I paid with ideal but i never got the flight tickets. I tried to contact them and it was very difficult to reach someone. Everytime they said “hello” and then just hang up the phone. Sometimes i did get someone on the line who spoke a little english but they all said something different. One said the tickets changed prices and i had to pay more money to still get the tickets. I refused and asked for a refund. Someone else said that i had to contact my bank to get the money back because they dont have the money. The other one said it could take up to three weeks to get my money back??! I had to call my bank to make the refund go faster but my bank said they have no clue about this. I still dont have my money back..
They are irresponsible and very bad service My flight number PNR information: G3H2VS has 26 hours transferred time and they did not charge my tickets even 3 weeks before my flight I text a lot on wattapp and they didn’t take any steps
After paying for a flight ticket (1300 euros) they said the price just went up 900 euros. I did not want to pay the difference and they offered a refund. Only they never wanted to pay. It took me 3 months, 7 contact moments and threatening with legal action to get my money back. This gave me a LOT of frustration. Definitely do not recommend
booked airline ticket zurich-Riyath-Manila.never got the el.-ticket, no information about the travel, no info that lugage cannot be checked through! no info about Transit stay over 12h at Riyath airport not possible.had to buy a saudi visa just to collect my lugage and check it in again for connection flight!nobody reachable on support, no response on help ticket to supprt center!very poor service, With me never again !!
