Terrible. I would have given them 0 star if I could. After 3months of emailing I haven't recieved my refund yet, and the amount I am being reimbursed for the flight doesn't seem correct to me, but nobody cares to respond clearly.They are cheaper because the tickets have so many limitations and their customer service is very poor.

It was very easy to book my flights, however I booked for the wrong date. Dianna was great in helping me change my flights to the correct dates with no issues. It was done within minutes. Excellent experience and I thoroughly recommend Martigo!
Leo was extremely helpful and sorted an issue with an airline I wasn’t able to do myself! He managed to support me with my booking and choose the seats I wanted ahead of my really long flight which eased my mind before my travels. Greatly appreciated :)
