You get lured in with prices on routes…

You get lured in with prices on routes that look good and then there is a change which makes the price very unreasonable. Very unclear communication. And zero customer service

My flight got cancelled

My flight got cancelled by the airline. Neither the airline or Martigo informed me this happened. I found out during checkin where I was refused. I called Martigo customer services who were very helpful and negotiated with the airline however the airline had already resold my ticket. Martigo were unable to help further. I had to book a different flight home sadly.

Dishonest and Unprofessional Service; The travel agency from hell

I am extremely disappointed with this travel agency. Our flight time was changed by **two hours**, and the airline informed the agency via email, which I have proof of from the airline. However, the agency failed to pass this crucial information on to us. What makes it worse is not just the lack of communication—it’s the fact that they **lied directly to us**, claiming they never received any notification from the airline. I have evidence proving otherwise. Being lied to is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. If you value honesty and responsible service, I strongly recommend choosing a different travel agency. This company neither takes accountability nor respects its customers. We have chosen to escalate this case since this behaviour cannot be tolerated, it’s not about the money, it’s about the fact that they withheld crucial information and then tried to lied about it. We had about 150 GDB of the extra expenses due to this incident. We had to buy additional meals + drinks, our ride had left when we finally arrived resulting in the need to book a taxi. Our tour guide was also on her way home since we didn’t have internet and couldn’t let her know, we had to pay her 70 gdp x 2, all because this travel agency didn’t forward one single email. So if your ever considering buying from this agency, do yourself the favor and book directly from the airline or find another travel agency, because this one is probably the worst in the entire world

MartiGO: keep clear of tis company

MartiGO tells blatant lies about the airline cancellation rules then takes payment to change a booking. It fails to rebook which results in a no show. Either the staff are incompetent or the company is run by fraudsters.
