Review Time
As most people here mentioned, I got an error message after the payment for a cheap flight. Cold minded, I decided to dive on Google. I found these reviews plus others, including the ones of the payment provider they use, and... Heartbeats went up, cold sweat, and my brain started to turn around. Anyhow, they have a really nice WhatsApp service, and my ticket got issued within an hour.
DON'T BUY PLANE TIKETS HERE.I should have checked this reviews before buying, the same thing happened to me. Apparently I had gotten a nice price for some flights, so I purchased them. My money went out of my bank account but on this web an error appeared. Their customer service called me saying that the error was because prices went up, and that I had to pay like 50% more of the original price. I told them to refund me instead, they said that OK but idk how much time will pass untill my money is back.UPDATE: Actually they returned my money really fast, only 4 days later. It is true that I emailed them threatening with legal actions if they did't return it.
NEVER EVER buy tickets here!!! Total scam, they always send message saying "error with your payment" and they always keep your money, and when calling them they ALWAYS say that surprinsingly prices are higher (like 120€ more!!!).They keep your money for long, and they only say that your money will be refunded within "a little while".Please read this before trying to purchase anything with these scammers, all they say in their website is lies, nobody should be treated like we did (and many more as u can see on reviews).
We order 4 tickets 4208.44 euro didend get the tickets they said we get refund we called 15 times always have an excuse latest excuse is that our bank have it but we cant see it yet and that we have to contact them NEVER do busniss with them
Total scam. Claiming error after charging your card. They saying price surprisingly gone up if you want your tickets. When telling them no they still keep your money and hang up on you after speaking to you in german or just hang up without even answering. This is a scam. I will take legal actions.
I booked a flight and made the payment, in the next hour i received an email saying that occured an error and if i want the tickets to be booked to pay more 81EUROS.This is unbeliveble, never again!Waiting for my money back!!
So far so good, booked some tix, received the confirmation within 5 minutes. Customer service replies mega fast on Whatsapp. There was no option to book my seats on my flight but customer service responded quickly and gave me the info I needed to book my seats via the airlines websites. Everything has gone smoothly so far.If you don't hear from me again, it means there were no other hiccups on my journey :)
I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised. I got a steal of a deal from Istanbul to Nairobi (business & premium economy) and had a confirmed ticket and confirmation code in my inbox within 20 minutes. Checked and confirmed everything with British Airways.
