Had spike in ticket price by 200%, customer service hung up without answer

Unbelievable. I was booking a ticket and the site glitched, removed the DOB field for the second passenger. When I refreshed, the price jumped from $4920 to over $10,000.I called their support and they said they’d check and then hung up. Called again just in case they have miss hung up, the moment I mentioned the ticket, they hung up again. This is not just unprofessional. It feels like a scam.Will be reporting this company to consumer protection.

This is the worst "service" provider I…

This is the worst "service" provider I have ever used. DO NOT use them unless you want to get scammed, ignored and made feel stupid overall. They were no help when the airline refused to board me. They were no help in getting any refund back for a flight not taken (which is, by the way, illegal). They were not responding the ‘free phone number’ provided in case of emergency. When I finally got to them via EMAIL they suggested I rebook flights for 900€ although I had already paid 700€ for them! Then hey, a few weeks later surprise! The number they never responded to (I was hung up on TWICE after waiting 15 minutes) isn’t free, and I had to pay 100€ extra. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Cancelled Flight fully refunded…

I cancelled my flight because of the unrest in a region and MartiGo was kind enough to follow through with the airline to see my if I could get full refund. Which I eventually did. Customer service was reachable. Thank you Huriye. She was responsive on the WhatsApp communication.
