Great support

Due to medical reasons, we were unable to travel, and MartiGo (particularly Aljohn L.) were extremely helpful in handling our refund requests to the airline. They were prompt in answering even during the weekends and nights.

Easy refund process

Flight was confirmed quickly after booking. The airline then cancelled one leg of the flight, and martiGO refunded the full amount within a couple of days without hassle. I would book again when given the option.
