Fast, reliable and friendly service. Bought tickets twice on their site and on both occasions, the airline had cancelled their flights. I was promptly informed by email and refunds were offered without any quibble. Once refund was processed I was informed via email and WhatsApp.
I had never heard of this company before but thought I'd give it a try as they had the best prices for the flight only I need. Quick and easy processes, clear and well laid out website which was very simple to use. Only drawback for me was an error when I booked and I didn't get confirmation straight away, which caused some panic. However, I found the customer service to be great and within 20 minutes the issue was solved and I was provided with confirmation and tickets via email and WhatsApp. I will use this site again if it beats other companies prices in future.
